HOD Karkardooma - House Of Diagnostics

Communication is lagging between the team, I have told the team many times that I need quantitative report for one of my test but despite of repeated conversation they released a qualitative report showing the positive result however I have negative report of that test from another lab in fact I am pretty sure about the negative result since long and my course of treatment depends on that result only.

Such a pathetic experience with the HOD Karkardooma. I visited there on 13/09/2023 at 2: 15 PM to collect CT Scan Report. The lady staff sitting at the report disbursal counter said that you have collected earlier the scan film so the photo is missing here. She asked to pay again and go for the next CT Scan. I urged her many times and said I have not collected any short of report or film from here. Everything is with you only. Then she took a pain to search my report and finally she could able to find in next 15 minutes. Just I was waiting without any assurance of delivering my report in next few minutes. They behaved so arrogantly that could not be expected after paying them high as comparted to other diagnostics center.
Thanks for your Service. I wish to not to visit you again.

Hod staff ka behaviour bahut achha h, mene first time yha se ultrasound karwaya tha doctor ke reference se, report bhi thik thi.aur male doctor the, unka hi behaviour bhut achha tha.mene pehle bhi ultrasound krwaya tha but report satisfaction nhi hua doctor ne kha dubara Krwana pdega isme clear nhi h, report, Surbhi hospital noida ke doctor h Varun ku Katiyar unhone kha kisi achhi jagah se Krwana, mujhe to pta nhi tha ki kon si achhi jagah h, phir se ne hi kha hod se Krwana, report dekh kr de ne kha sb thik h koi dikkat nhi h.so happy.

But ek dikkat Hui mujhe mujhe greater Noida se karkardooma aana pta, noida, greater Noida me bhi kafi branch h vha nhi hota ultrasound, vha pr bhi ye facility honi chahiye, but overall good experience,

It was very good experience while doing my ultrasound test. Dr Gaurav katiyal was very nice to us.also explained every thing my all doubts are clear.

To time taken for ultrasound and report are available in 5 minutes it's too fake don't go for money it is really fake and report are also fake

Don't go here for the test they don't have proper seating arrangement for the patients worst doctors and the management they let patients wait for 2 hours if the procedure is only for 45 minutes. Don't go here doctors are just chit chatting and Don't do there work

It’s good to get scan from HOD. Though it’s service is not available in Kadkaddooma but attendant Ms. Pooja Helped very politely and got my test booked from their another centre at Green park.

I booked for myself and wife for full body checkup "Essential care package" on 28th july 2021, sample collector came on time, I got my health checkup report with 24hours, overall I am satisfied with their service.
I had a telephonic conversation with their executive Anshuman. He was polite and cleared all my doubts.

The ranking has been given after going through bad behaviour at the time of collection of reports for x rays, which was not handed over immediately but was made to wait for 30 minutes under one or other pretext/ excuses. Although all the services provided were good but report collection experience was bad.

This is the worst lab I have ever seen, not satisfied with their results. According to their reports my mother's condition is very critical and she is about to die. To be double sure, I concerned to other two labs which shown completely different results and says that my mother is absolutely fine. I will never recommend this to anyone.

They act like govt hospitals. Everytime you go for ultrasound they will make you wait for atleast two hours. I sent my mother for ultrasound (pre-paid the whole amount) and she was standing there for one hour empty stomach. Her ultrasound was done at 11am while she left hone at 8.30am. Can you imagine a 68 years old person standing there empty stomach waiting for her turn? Worst services.

Had a really pathetic experience with them. They just wouldn't add my date of birth to my report which I needed to submit somewhere. There customer support is very poor. Do not go to them!

Very bad experience, I went with my mother for some tests, like MRI 3T, CT and many others.
In 3 or 4 days of roaming in all of their centers they blindly claimed that my mother is having 3rd stage cancer and she won't survive more than a month. For 4 - 5 tests they charged around 60-70 thousands.
They take commission from doctors to give the false report.we went to other labs after that and it was found to be a simple infection which got cured with 7 rupee medicine and she is very fine now and it's almost 8 years now.
Please stop taking benifts of the needy, they are also earning with their hard work.

I had called at Karkardooma for a scan,
Ankita attend my call, she was very rude on call. She have dominating nature. Even she don't have any knowledge. I was about to book pet ct from hod but i will never visit hod for a single blood test

I have visited many times in HOD Karkardooma but this time I'm Extremely Disappointed with HOD Service. Specially I am disappointed with Doctor (Dr. Shivani). I have visited today 02.08.2021 for my USG Whole Abdomen test, First Doctor was late and when my turn Doctor Hardly Takes 1 Min to Perform the test. I am really surprised with doctor that only 1 minute is sufficient for doing Whole Abdomen Test. I suggest you that please not to come here for USG test Doctor sit here only for your money.

HOD (Karkardooma) is very good Diagnostics centre in my knowledge, HOD reports are accurate and staff are very coperative.

I called twice on 26-6-21 and spoke for MRI test, they said please come and we have options of 2 set of machines, on arrival after traveling 20 km, the centre says they are overbooked and have waiting of 7.5 hours. Shocking, you people are absurd, butchers, careless bunch taking gullible patients for ride, have no concern and empathy, shameless people, those who promised don't want to face us and others are not concerned, don't try this place, they are cheats and irresponsible lot.

Worst Experience ever. I went for Lipid profile. After getting reports I seen Cholesterol level 836 mg/dl. I was afraid and went to 2 other reputed labs and there result was almost same as 321 & 332 mg/dl.
When I tried to connect with HOD customer care, I called up so many times and they were unable to give justification.

Services are good and quick.rates are also reasonable as compared with other labs.staff members are cooperative.overall good experience.

Excellent services. Great, easy and efficient to get diagnosed. Normal FCFS basis. Wide range pf diagnostic facilities are available.

Receive your scan films/images with an hr.or two/ few hrs, depends upon type of diagnosis and time taken for film evaluations and prints. The reports are available within 24 hrs.

Experience is soooo good, person (Pramod) who came for collections of smaple blood for my wife. He is so experience and humble. Thank you for your support. Keeps doing Great Pramod.

Found the staff polite and efficient. Center is also well managed. However, I had to wait for one and a half hours more than the scheduled time for my MRI. Reason - the patient inside was moving during the MRI. When asked for an approximate time, the staff told me we cannot throw out the patient if he is moving.and I need to be patient. While I agree that patient should not be thrown out, but at the same time causing inconvinience to other patients is also not justified. It is up to you how you manage it. If someone has to wait for one and a half hour from his scheduled time, do you think he will come again for such tests. I doubt. And that's not just with me. I saw other patients waiting from morning to afternoon. So, that's the only improvement areas I see. Rest other tests went smooth and quickly. Reports were also received earlier than expected.

It is the diagnosis cemter and the rate of all the testing are too reasonable and the offer of 50 % OFF is always available at this branch and the reports are also genuine and the online facilities of showing the report is also available at this center

I visited this lab for MRI test all they want is money. The test was for Head sella but they wanted me to take the complete Head test with contrast which was not required nkr mentioned. They dont know about the problem and kept pressing for complete head scan. Stupid people with no professionalism at all. If their could be a negative 100 rating I would give them that

Very poor management. They take 5-6 hr for 15 min MRI procedures. No token system total mismanagement.

It's open 24 hours however lab is open 7 am to 9 pm and radiologist available after 09.30 AM.all contrast test available after 9 am only staff is co operative and help ful.

The reports are good.only that when I went there they said u have to wait for 2 hours but after 3 hours they were sending patients who are coming after us. Lack of systematic process. Staff Needs to be more alert and polite.

Great improvement in hygiene and services over the years. Staff is prompt and the test costs are quiet reasonable.

This time disappointed by HOD, waiting for 2 hiurs, despite taking prior appointment one day before for EEG, on phone. Either the person who attended the call yesterday didn't know that there is no system for prior appointment or the staff does not know about it, I am taking servics for various test since February 2016, never face this type of service lapses.giving just 3 stras otherwise hod deserve 5 stars with excellence.
