It does not even deserve 1 star. It was the worst hospital I have ever visited. I had a medical emergency, and I was withering in pain. For 3 hours, I was kying on the bed, and no roctor attended me, although the doctor (a young lady) was available, but she was busy talking to her boyfriend on the phone. After requesting the head doctor in emerg3ncy multiple times, she forced the lady doctor to stop talking on the phone and consult me. After looking at my concern, which was cervical radiculopathy, she asked me to conduct a full lumbar CT sacn, although I had told them that I have neck pain due to jerk in neck. I confirmed the price with her and she said it will cost around 2000. But upon the counter, I was asked to pay 8000. I asked the head doctor for same, and she scolded the lady doctor again for advising full lumbar CT instead of cervical. Then the nurse, who seemed like a 10th fail small town girl, forced me to sit on the wheelchair although I repeatedly told her that I do not require the wheelchair chair. Kindly close the hospital if you are going to provide such pathetic services, too, too in the emergency section. Shame on the management and staff for playing with peoples lives.

Yest in the night at 2.30 my mom was admitted she suffered heart attack I am from mum doctors nurses and the hospitality was awesome Allah will give ajar for this service to all the holy family hospital.s staff thanks jazakallah from my family and freinds

This hospital is super supportive of medical treatment. High in cleaning and hygiene and staff is also super active and supportive. Doctors are well experienced and behavioral. But some sort of time it seems so hard when they don't allow children to enter the hospital. They don't even allow the second person to stay with the patient Sometimes it's ok but other times when there's no one else with then the situation differs. Overall Holy Family Hospital is the best in South Delhi.

Staff Lack of experience over all not recommended for emergency and admitted your patient in this hospital. OPD quit better.

Zero star ka option nahi tha, nahi to wo hi deti, worst hospital in Delhi, meri sister ko delivery se pehle bula ke normal delivery ke liye 4 din tak teblets injection treatment Kiya, ki ho jayega ye wo, or 4 days Tak dard main rakha use, 5 th day C section kar diya, hospital ke sath staff bhi bhot bekar hai.

One of the worst experiences here until now. My relatives have visited this hospital for various Illnesses, and every time there is disappointment. Not only the doctors including the senior ones are negligent and inconsiderate about their patients, they are rude and lack basic etiquette and code of conduct while speaking to the patient or their relative
They never explain the situation honestly and when someone enquires, they reply so rudely, just to shut them up

Being a doctor is a very honorable and respectable vocation, and these are the kinds of doctors because of whom the trust in medicine is lost. And they are a disappointment to the entire medical fraternity.

Pls change your attitude towards the patients, live up to the name of the hospital being called holy. And come to work to serve mankind.

Although hospital is good, except room no 16 in OPD where doctor came about to 11: 30 AM which I think its too late because patients are waiting from 8 AM in the morning. Bad feelings because your whole day in vain u can't do another work.

They charge high amount from patients even guards are also misbehave to patients and others

This hospital is disgusting and ridiculous staff behavior and treatment is nothing and they just wanted loot your hardwork money and when they're satisfied with the getting money from patient they say the patient is so serious we don't have sufficient ward we need to transfer another hospital they will try to do emotional blackmail you and will say your patient is so serious they will through a trap against you. So please it's request before going this hospital beware of this frauds don't waste your time here if your patient in critical situation.

It is really unset and bad lucky chose this holy family hospital every worker not responsible and doctors are same they only tell you result and never share and explain how to do in the next and no ask come for check again in next what time! Then after few day go to ask for check they will ask why not come that time and write something on the book and ask signature than said if have something wrong than it is not our responsibility so if someone chose this hospital and on going please ask time when you come for check again otherwise they will never tell and in next time why late and why no check your book as they said already write on ur book
But we don’t understand doctors writing and if you fresh and start not going some time then it is better to change the hospital. I wish god never ever no more come to holy family hospital again …, …

Totally unprofessional doctor.
Everyone will say you aap ruko hum aa rahe hai but no one will visit to you since hours.
Moreover doctor will comment you without checking your report's.
Especially this in an review for two doctors who were on duty at around 5-7 PM in emergency on 23 March 2023.

I would request those two doctors to just rethink about there profession.

Worst service provider.doctor appointment time was 6: 15PM but till now 7: 00PM, was not served by Dr Puneet Oberoi (MD).

My experience at this hospital is completely unpleasant and shocking.
My mother was in a critical condition with high BP, high sugar and palpitations.
We took her to Holy Family Hospital Emergency.
Dr Kaykasha who was on duty (10/11/2022 late night) was completely ignoring my mother's health condition and needed reminders to do her work.
She was rude and indifferent to our concerns.
She did not give her required medicines on time.
She was enjoying with her colleagues.

One of the best hospital but one problem is also find here is that ladies doctors just keeps gossiping in their cabin or on their phone anytime while patients are waiting outside or inside cabin. Atleast show some respect or try to understand or think maybe patient might be suffering from pain or worse. Such unprofessional ladies doctors.

Dr.of cardiology? Of holy family Delhi is not good, they admit 5-6 days to diagnose patients's bimari unnecessary to generate the hospital revenue and whenever you go to meet Dr you have to 1-2hrs waiting and they are not confident to process, he/she behave like confused. If Dr say about estimation initially 2L but final bill may be above 5L.

A Christian Charitable Hospital.
General OPD is not very expensive. However, Private OPD is.
Very neat and clean (hygienic).
The staff are helpful.

The Hospital is situated opposite of the Fortis Hospital and before the Jamia Millia Islamia College/University, Okhla.
The hospital has its own internal Chemist & cafeteria.
At present, the Registration of new files/Doctor's Consultation takes place between 8AM to 10AM. Thereafter, you have to wait for the Doctor outside the designated room number at waiting/sitting area.

Impolite staffs of labor room. They keep the patients for 2-3 days in labor room after delivery, not letting the family stay or shifting the patients to OPD.

Chor hospital. I visited in emergency last night, first of all, they ask for registration we did that after 30 minutes they said doctor is not available and ultrasound facility is not available this time.even they didn't refund fees.they are saying that has been updated in system.before 7 days I visit in OPD and met with Dr Shakini Sud gyne her behavior so rude and doest talk with patient.only trainee talk with patient.there were also critical condition but she didn't see the patient.meri wife ka inhone case hi bigaad diya.seriously so disappointed and worst service ever.jitni Gali nikalu kam hai is hospital k liye.

I have been visiting hospital since 2011. Doctor are pretty good almost in every area of practice. I am personally too much content with quality of service offered. Must be a first choice to visit in case of any medical ailment.

I used to go there whenever I needed a medical emergency. The hospital is good with most of the departments are available.

Been a long time visitor and user of this hospital. Has upgraded its facilities over the years while still retaining its charm as one of the older hospitals in Delhi. Most recent use was to get a dose of Sputnik vaccine. Efficient personnel on duty who went about their tasks methodically. There is ample parking space and it's free which is a rarity in Delhi and speaks volumes about the general ethos of the hospital.

Overall was OK. But emergency services at night and wards need improvement. There should be availability of a senior doctor atleast on phone call (in my case it was gynaecologist and that led to deterioration of condition of patient to critical level), it is missing.

Every visit they charge.even max and apollo give a window of 5 days.
Even to show test reports, you have to pay.this is extortion.

The worst service every I did not even get to see the doctor and the reseptionest had so much of attitude as if she was the head doctor they are the rudest person these kind of people will spoil the hospital name.

The oldest hospital in town. Being born in this hospital today I am 28yrs and still take any kind of treatment from this hospital only.

आपातकालीन व्यवस्था अच्छी है, किंतु थोड़ा सुल्क ज्यादा है, डॉक्टर तुरंत मरीज को देखते हैं और जरूरी जांच तुरंत कराई जाती है, साफ सफाई की व्यवस्था भी ठीक है नर्स मरीजों की देख रेख बार बार करते हैं जो की बहुत अच्छा है ।। कुल मिला है खर्चा भले ही ज्यादा आए लेकिन मरीज को संतुष्ट किया जाता है।

Few staff are ignorant and rude (in physiotherapy dept). They just want to get your money as much as possible. When I told her that there no improvement in pain relief. She addone charges.

I have good experience in Holy family hospital. I guess whenever I have consultation with doctor here, it was good. It's little bit expensive though but doctor are good. They attend people properly, they give time to patients and understand problem. There is morning clinic as well where charge are low compare to Pvt. OPD. Pathology are expensive but some doctors accept test if you have brought it from outside as well. It has wheel chair accessible entrance and parking as well. Currently charge are 900 for Pvt OPD.

We went for our first delivery after getting good reviews from a friend.
Though we went private but there was nothing like private. After paying like a normal private Hospital we were treated like in a government one. Juniors were misbehaving and so were some nurses though some were nice. We only trusted our doctor who was fine. But overall behavior of staff is not polite at all and charges are high.

I got a very bad experience, in this hospital they have lots of work and staff count is very less, Management is very slow. When you will get the discharge, they will make you wait till evening. So slow process. Those who are running this hospital (Fathers and Sisters), they don't do their job properly. I will never go to that hospital again.

Holy family is a very good hospital around Okhala, Julena and New friends colony. You can get the treatment of almost all the diseases. Good care have been taken during treatment by all nursing staff and Doctors. Good consultants from almost every department are available from general medicine to neurology. Neo natal intensive care for premature babies is really really very good. They take really good care of infants. Dedicated staff and Doctors are always there.

Ultrasound, lab test charges are higher than private lab and diagnostic centers. Normal or C section Delivery charges are way too high. It's a private hospital not a charitable trust.

Your radiologists are worst.they are not able to identify the disease even after doing ultrasound. We do perform test to identify the problems inside the body. But there radiologist is themselves not able to identify. They ask for previous reports and write the report based on previous reports.

Worst management and doctors response specially in maternity ward. I have not received any proper reply from holy family hospital management, only the management tried to justify and protect the team of Doctors and said it has happened UNFORTUNATELY. What does this mean? Does it mean that you leave patient on their own FORTUNE. When I asked let me know the procedure for last 6-12 hours they did not give any Reply. VERY DISSAPPOINTING AND HORRYFYING EXPERIENCE.

The Horrifying rude attitude of Nursing Staff & gross negligence by Doctor made us to sit in depression for more than 72 hrs. It has totally deviated from Philosphy of Christianity & Holy Family. It has become money making Machine. Doctors did cessarian on my patient without our consent and used medicines banned in other parts of the world.

I was admitted but they just wanted to make money. No doctor examined me untill 2 days. So I had to discharge myself without ANY treatment and paying them 20000. That's ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest any of you to go there.

From the beginning I visited Holy Family Hospital and followed every small and big instruction e.g. Check ups and admission. Everything was fine till the last date of delivery but in the morning I was informed that needs to operate urgently otherwise will be difficult to save the child. Being asked what was the Reason behind this situation Doctor said Baby did potty and therefore the situation became worse. But when asked my wife she said they gave 8 Pills (Cytoyec) and used Gel as well as Tube and Moreover did not do NST to observe Baby Heart Beat and Movement.
Doctor herself accepted that NST was done after 6 hours did not reply.
Neither received any proper reply from Holy Family Hospital management, only the management tried to justify and protect the team of Doctors and said it has happened UNFORTUNATELY. Earlier my experience was good with Holy Family Hospital but now they directly slit your throat they want to earn lots of money. My wife was normal from beginning also as per doctor too and we were expecting normal delivery at the last time her doctor Rashmi gone on leave for one month leaving behind my wife with trainees for delivery and they done things bad end up with cessarian. And visiting time formula also bad you can meet one or two person at a time to your patient. And discharge your patient in evening so they can generate revenue & many things are bad. Earlier it was charitable but now earning lots of money in name of charity. Talking sense now dead with staff

Fake hospital. These people are looking for money only. Pediatrician Ratna Roy is looter. This dr.is asking for tests all the time. In last 8 months of pregnancy, she has asked near about 60 plus test. Finally I have left this hospital in 9th month. Other dr. 's are astonished while seen the test report "why she has asked for such tests"? I would suggest not to visit this hospital ever.

All the facilities are best. You feel safe at Holy Family. Charges are reasonably Ok. Private OPD & Pharmacy is good.

Worst rule on visiting the admitted patients! No phones, tv, only 2 time for 30 mins to visit your close family, are they prisoners or patients?

Years ago I was hospitalised here and I have paid a couple of visits afterwards. It was, originally, run by Medical Mission nuns. Then the management was taken over by the Delhi Archdiocese. I am happy with my treatment here.

If you think that they will focus on normal delivery then you are mistaken. Do not try to show in private OPD they are working for only making money. My wife had done with c section by making us scared. Things are going well and normal deleivery was expected. But there is Dr Ratna Rao who not properly Handelled the case and then make normal case as c section. It not only happened with my wife but it also happened with others private OPD patients. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. I am showing my wife to Dr Rashmi but at last as per hospital policies to earn money, Dr Ratna Rao had taken the case and behaved in a very harsh manner.

DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU THINK THEY FOCUS ON NORMAL DELEIVERY.

One of the worst service i have ever seen. There are two types of treatments general and private. I select private, its charged rs 800 consultant fee. But still after paid in private i have to wait for 2 hours. Feel like i am sitting government hospital. Bad experience.

An interesting case of hit and miss. The quality had definitely detoriated over the years yet I won't complain much. Simply, because I was born here! All of my siblings and most of my cousin's were also born here. Unlike other hospitals it is run by missionaries who incorporate the elements of compassion and service of the needy
It's super clean and very well managed. Also the staff is incredibly well behaved. I have seen them keep their cool in impossible situations. The emergency ward is very well maintained and offers a sure shot remedy for fever, constipation, fractures, migraine, gyno related issues, high blood pressure or high sugar. Within hours the patients with above issues leave fit as a fiddle. It's an absolute boon for neighbouring localities like Batla house and Bharat Nagar.
Having said that brand holy family has developed a tarnished image in recent years. The main caveat being their ICU unit where patients are often admitted without a major reason. They also struggle with diagnostics. At times patients have to go through costly and laborious tests due to hazy diagnostics.
The price has also skyrocketed in recent years.
Still its my "go to" place for any medical purpose.
