Incompetent billing staff. They left the metallic tag on the sold product. So had to make a separate trip to have it removed. They had no remose for their incompetence.

I was a religious customer of home centre and have been purchasing for my home to gifting my family and friends! A membership holder.
But this time i bought a small frying pan from the brand 'home centre' itself, It has a red coting on the outside which attracted me and is non stick from inside. After using it twice the outter coating started coming out. I asked them to look into the issue.

The person on the counter said madam you leave this with us i ll look into it and give you a call.

I dint receive any call and aftrr a month i went to their store. I asked about the pan.ma'am kindly wait.after 10 min he tell me 'nahi ho sakta ma'am' iska barcode jal gaya hai'
I said what? The pans are to be used on gas and if you are lighting the gas then it will burn.

Then comes the manager shyam sunder from dearka 21 home centre.madam outter coat to use karne ke baad nikle ga. Do we take fancy pans so that just after 2 use the outter coating starts chipping off?

Dissappointed!

Such a good range of products, one place to buy everything for home. Friendly staff and clean place.

Collection is good.many things are overly priced.not affordable for everyone.just for high class society.

Pathetic Behavior if Staff and price higher than other competitor store.

Nice outlet of home center, only issue is from parking it doesn't has any DIRECT ACCESS, you need to cross diff brands store to reach there.

Well stocked with decorative items for the modern home, plastic flowers, cutlery, pots and pans, blankets, tea light lamps, photo frames, etc.but no furniture, sofa sets etc.

Long lines in the cash register. Better to shop online if you can't wait.

Decently stocked. Be aware of schemes.they raise the prices and then discount it. Saw it happening in front of me. More or less with discounts or offers you will pay nearly as much as you would pay on a normal day

It has great variety, vibrant colors, is at a convenient location and is overpriced as usual.

Dwarka sec 21 home center is the best. I love to buy things from there and quality is super and staff is also very good they know how to behave with their customers and I really suggest to give there and do shopping from this HOME CENTER. Best quality and best things

A truly good collection for most of your home needs. Best visited during Sales season wherein one can buy quality stuff at affordable prices.

They have multiples varieties to give best look to your home.mostly of them are imported. Some of the item you will find unique and you will hardly find anywhere.they offer discounts on festival upto 20 percent and sometimes upto 50 percent.so you can visit and you will be amazed to see and surely like the place.

Home Centre stores are always attractive in their interior.
This Home Centre store is well organised and the interior is beautiful (as you can see in the pics)
Almost all Household items are available.
One thing i feel is missing here:
If you are looking for Home Centre Furnitures (Recliners and Sofas) they are missing here, may be due to space crunch.
