Most pathetic place in terms of customer service! No one attends the customer. No one listens to the problem. They will charge you but never deliver the stuff. Beware of Home Center

Too expensive those who have exta money will visit, if you want same thing in budget so go to kirti nagar furniture market they will give you more option, otherwise you are fan of home centre then buy from home centre.

Good variety to choose from, but severely overpriced items in almost all the sections, even compared to the usual "big mall outlet" prices.

Think before you buy furniture from Lifestyle Home Centre - Pathetic experience.   
Well for the busy couples its always the first choice to go in for a branded furniture shop since one does not have time to go to various places to decide for the furniture piece for their home. For the same reason we chose to buy our bed from Home Centre. I have been buying furniture from the Pacific Mall branch of Home Centre and have been more or less satisfied with the furniture and the timelines. But this time it was traumatic to say the least.   
I unfortunately decided to buy a king size bed from Lifestyle HomeCentre on 15th July. During billing I was assured this will be delivered on 8th September (almost 45 days of placing the order and mind you they take full advance) and yes it got delivered before time on 7th Sept. Thinking that we will have the new bed on 8th, we planned to dispose off our old bed on the day when the delivery was to happen. That was it. Nothing went as per the commitment made  by HomeCentre
The next day the carpenter came to assemble the bed and realized the head board was missing. He lodged a complaint and it appeared that Home Centre team forgot to place the order for the head board and without that the assembly of the bed was not possible.  
We had to visit the Pacific Mall, Delhi branch to request them multiple times to get this fixed as we were without bed and its not feasible to sleep on the floor for so many days.  
After rigorous follow ups the bed was finally delivered on 26th Sept, but for next four days the carpenter did not turn up.  
On again putting the request at the call centre and the Pacific Mall branch where we took it from the carpenter came on 1st October and said the hardware was missing in the kit and hence it can not be assembled. After complaining on 1st October the same day when the carpenter informed that the hardware is missing, I get a reply on 3rd October stating - " Dear Customer, we regret the inconvenience caused. Please note that the complaint is under review and you will receive and update within in 2-3 working days".

Me and my husband both are working and really have no time and energy to deal with this undue stress. The last thing that one wants is a messed up house where you doesn't even have a decent bed to lie down and have a good sleep  and not just that, the carpenter has left the furniture pieces opened without packing it back in the same manner and  the drawing room to is a mess. Horrible customer care services.   I have developed a pain in my back because of sleeping on the floor owing to which I had to resort to a Phyio to fix my back. It is frustrating to say the least. I would never ever buy or recommend any one to buy from Home Centre.   I wish I could reverse my decision but they are not even ready to refund the money.

Love the variety available in home decor, furniture, kitcen, bathroom and all you need for your home. Best collection, reasonably priced. Everything under one roof. Can't resist going there again and again

Its on the 3rd Floor of Pacific Shopping Mall, Subhash Nagar. They have huge collection and great offers running during festive seasons. Only issue is that they dont give you a bag so better carry ur own bag else be ready for paying Rs 10 per bag. Also the kids section is very miniscule and I think they should allocate more space for that section. Also they should have a may of all the sections inside so that people dont get lost. The collection is huge and lot of variety inside. Wish them best. Cheers & Peace.

I love to shopping in Home centre every time, because everything is in store like a feeling Australia Mall.

Purchased a product and requested a refund, it’s been over 2 weeks and refund hasn’t been processed. The customer care executives aren’t of any help either, they keep delaying the process by telling me to call back another day. They are extremely unprofessional and keep telling me their managers are busy and not available to speak at any time I call them. My refund is still stuck with them, and not a small amount, about 20k, please practice caution when purchasing any items with this company. Highly disappointed!
