Don't ever buy any product from Homeshop16, pathetic service, they don't respond to your Complaints

I ordered an inverter battery on Bajaj emi card 9month emi but was charged extra Rs1600/- in name of interest and file charges which wasn't mentioned on their site promising to send me the details about the excess payment so I can follow up through Bajaj but even after 1month it hasn't done anything. So beware about buying anything and don't pay in advance also check out the genuineness of the products from the manufacturer for any inconvenience replacement later on.

Purchased inverter battery combo from tgem. The price was good and the delivery was on committed time.

HomeShop 16,1st point is, for Buyers 1st point of contact is you not the manufacturer, 2nd point is you are in business with a Company who is selling faulty goods to you and you again reselling same faulty goods to consumers 3rd point is your supplier and you both are not taking any responsibility and keep selling faulty products online 4th point is if any case will go in the court You and Your Supplier both will be liable for the compensation to Consumer and the legal charges for online forgery.

Provided me the cheapest price for my car battery. Delivered within my given time. The guy who replaced the battery also cleaned the terminals & given me tips on battery maintenance.

Friends whatever good comments you are seeing, is by Homeshop16 team. They are criminals and frauds stay away from them. They sold defective products make false commitment of services which you will never get they will stop answering calls and messages.if you will check twitter came to know number of people cheated by this company. One their ex employee told me that they are burglar and their only aim is making money by cheating people. They sold me a defective product on 1st June on 15th day of purchase I've complained but they did nothing. I purchased Starline cooler in 8000 Rs. Stay away from such local chaap companies. Prefer brands and showrooms.

Home shop 16 is froud and making customerz fools. I have returned old batteries for sell but they didn't pickup my call and not giving any money for this. So please my humble request to don't buy or deal from here.worst Experience and giving old batteries as new batteries so please atleast think and go ahead.

Service is good. They helped me in getting service from Exide. Exide Service person turned up very next day of my call to them.
