Hotel Airport Grand, Delhi

Nothing grand about the hotel. Poor location. Situated in a back lane. Not visible from the main road. Bad odour in the area from sewage drains.

I had booked a stay for a day here. Was amaze with the friendly nature of the staff and we are astonned by the food they serve.
Had a perfect evening and enjoyed my stay for a day.
Will definately visit again and explore more.

Worst property to visit staff is way too rude IRD lady hung up the call and will start shouting on you for no reason asked for tea never arrived went to front desk to complaint about lady at IRD she is senior so can't do anything about it hats off to that lady worse behaviour.

We were fooled by the numerous fake reviews on Booking and booked 2 nights in September 2023. I wish we have checked reviews on Google before doing it.

The red flags started showing up from the very beginning: the location is shady, the personnel was very unwelcoming at the check in, hot water is available only a couple of hours a day (there is a big sign at reception). However, we paid for 2 nights and went to check our room.

The room was smelling bad. Bed sheets were like never washed. Moreover bed sheets were torn in several places and had large ripped holes… Pathetic and disgusting…

Windows were never washed either and the personnel just tried to hide it behind closed curtains…

Thus we decided to move to another hotel. When we were leaving, the manager told us that we’ll get a refund for the second night and that we just need to send a request to the hotel.

We sent the request, but there was no answer. A second chaser did not help either.

Then we tried calling the hotel. At first we got promises to look into our request, but as you can guess, we got neither an answer nor a refund.

When I called back the hotel a week after, the hotel manager just hang up the phone and was not even willing to listen when he understood that I was calling regarding the reimbursement and that I was not a potential new customer that they may fool.

Bottomline: their worst hotel with very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Keep away from these dishonest people.

This place should be condemned, it’s dirty, the bedsheets torn the bath towels stained and it’s about as clean as the pavement below …. I only had to endure the room for 6 hours whilst waiting to fly …go elsewhere…

Location is good. Airport is very close for transit. Overall good 3 star accommodation near airport.

Room is ok but there is always very bad smell in the room as well on alleyway also, room service is not good.

Booked the hotel online through Agoda. Came all the way down to the hotel only to get denied by the reception (I had paid for the hotel online through AGODA) as they did not agree with the AGODA terms and conditions of the booking.

During this COVID 19 season, most of their rooms are empty. And Customer being God is a myth here. I had to wait for an hour before I got frustrated and left the place as the Hotel couldn’t strike a deal with the Agoda team.

Hotel facilities are perfect. Clean room with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was also clean. The receptionist was very helpful and checked in easily. 24-hour kitchen open there food quality was excellent. Proximity to the airport and airport metro station.

We stayed at this place while visiting International airport. It is only 5 km from T3 terminal. Only thing I liked more about this hotel is parking space as it is on back side so they have good parking. Also, there is a pharmacy shop nearby and a juice shop also. We booked this hotel from goibibo with breakfast so we got a chance to enjoy buffet in morning which was very good and had a lot of options including fruits, bread toast, puri Channa, Corn flakes.

Good hotel, close to international airport of Dehli, hotel quite old, hot water boiler is not working. They will serve you old Food not fresh. But rooms are good.bedsheets are poor.

Very unclean place. All bedsheets were looking like used ones. No hot water. No proper maintenance. Got severe viral infection after the stay for many of us

It was very unfortunate to stay in Hotel Airport Grand Mahipalpur.there is very poor service and very unprofessional management.i stayed there with family but i found that there is racket running there.so i will never recommended to stay with family if you are looking bachelor then its can be good.

Very nice hotel, very near by to aerocity metro station.rooms and bathroom very neat clean, amenities was perfact.manager and staff behavior very supportive. Iam always recomeand to all travellers to stay here.

The hotel was very nice. The facilities were also very good, the room was quite big. And was clean and tidy. Very dirty Linen, no running hot water, noisy. Room had severe Smoing smell.

Good rooms, clean bathrooms and the breakfast is really good. Overall it's totally worth the 2800 we paid for a double room per night.

Nice experience overall. The management was quite responsive. Rooms were really clean and well decorated. I really enjoyed the food delivered by the room service. Location is great especially if you are in a transit to airport and the Airport metro (walkable). Affordable and good hotel nearby airport!

Employees slurp tea loudly and stare at white people. They interrupt breakfast at the restaurant to have me talk on the phone to reception ask which site I reserved on. Room is an ash tray with water dripping all over the bathroom. It is the only quiet hotel room in India, and the bed is decent. WiFi does not work in rooms. It only gets two stars because it's relatively clean, which is not a given here.

Lady at the check out st night time has no manners, she does not know how to say hello of goodbye to a customer.rooms are not very clean. They have some work going on just next to our room for good 3 hours there was LOADS OF NOISE!

Good staff. Food is delicious (specially the complimentary breakfast, poha). Rooms are spacious and clean.

Hotel is very near to airport. They provide free pick up and drop to airport. Hotel os good in comparison of most of the hotels in Delhi.

Bad place. Even i dont want to give 1 star. Its not hotel. A cheap third class lodge type rooms. When we were there the hotel caught with fire due to non clearance of kitcthen gas vent.

Dusty, not so clean. Couldn't lock Bathroom doors. No hot water. I could have gotten a new hotel room for that price. Inattentive reception staff. They need to really upgrade the place.

Dropped our laptop on the floor within checking in. Rude staff on reception. Millipede running around in the toilet when we were eventually shown our room

I have visited this hotel several times but last sunday when i visited this resturant I came to get very disappointed.
I booked the club room and paid extra for the same.
AC was not working properly.
Asked for the dental kit so many times but didnot get any response from reception and housekeeping.
Ordered some food from resturant and didnot get spoons even after asking so many times.
Staff was not co operative.
Called the owner for the same but he completely ignored the customer.
Dont wanna visit again.

One word - Extremely dirty.
The location of the hotel is in a crevice. The rooms are unkept and smelly. The beds were rickety with very dirty, stained bedsheets and pillows as if they have never been washed. It is a very shady place. There was a lot of noice and disturbance thoughout the night. Bathroom was another story. Yuck. Regretted booking this place the moment we stepped into the hotel. Please look for a better hotel even if it is a tad more expensive, which will give you a peaceful sleep in a clean and safe environment.
Tip - there a lot of good hotels near to the IGI. Look for the one with more reviews rather than the rating.

One of the finnest budget hotels in Mahipalpur which provides you with all the amenities and facilities. The rooms are very clean and the staff over there are also good. Apart from that it's also located very near to the airport city merto station which makes it convinient for travellers. The room service is preety good with all the staffs communicating in elglish which seems like an added advantage to foreign travellers.

Being a person who travels alot around India, I was really disappointed with my stay in this hotel. The room seemed okay when I entered but as time passed I started realising that i paid way too much for a room like that. There was no room card key holder, the room service guys and front desk guys refused to give me a room card until later that evening, for a reason I really didn't understand. The washroom was said to be sanitised alright, but the condition was beyond pathetic, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned forever. The washroom also had many of the tiles cracked. I asked for water bottles the next day and that didn't arrive either. The next morning I went for breakfast and that too was much below standards. The only good part is that it is situated really close to the airport and its convenient. But the hotel really needs to do some work with its staff and the rooms.
