Staffs service was good
But its was expensive according to the room quality.
I heard mouse running here and there. Bathroom was not hygenic.

The staff is very indifferent and non supportive. They denied entry on check-in while booking through OYO.

Such a worst and horrible hotel.
Exterior looks good but the interior is damn crazy and disgusting.when we entered the room there was a very bad smell in the room then there were some packets of used soap when we entered the bathroom. It was like, the ceiling was falling on us and toilet seat was dirty, and there was a short circuit happened just as we opened the bathroom door. It was our worst decision to book that hotel. I would like to recommend you all to never ever book that hotel.

First they booked me in a different hotel, 2 km away. After I insisted they agreed to move me to the correct location the next day. Both rooms where very dirty with mold on the walls. Staff was not polite and would turn off the AC during the night.

Do not book at this hotel!
The rooms absolutely do not match the photos. Dirty room, lots of insects and mice noises in the walls, ruined bathroom, nauseating smell. The air conditioning is turned off during the night.
To top it off, the hotel leaves a review for you on Booking (we don't understand how), then tells Booking that you didn't honor your reservation, in an attempt to recover cancellation fees.
A shame!

They have opened a looting business keeps prices low online and after booking when visiting hotel they increse the price infront of the customer and brhaves shamelessly

This hotel one double room was booked by me, but when reached at hotel they show me a sub standered room.
Inspite of request by me that, now at night 11: 30 pm & i need that room which was booked by me but persons of hetels did not respons proper

We pepols that time were helpless & find out onther hotel at mid night.

Worst hotel I have stayed in a long time. Not a hotel for family vacation. Never believe the Google images it's exactly opposite of the photos. Over booking and wrong rooms given. Rooms are ok and manageable. Food is ok but service is very very late. No facilities that are mentioned while booking are given or provided. Bathroom door get stuck and not clean. Over pricing compared to the facilities provided. Not good hotel atmosphere and surrounding.tv not working.

Location is perfect. Budget friendly. Staffs are good enough to handle every facility available.

Rude behaviour of the staff and just gave room of the previous customer without cleaning it and the previous guy left in front of me… least bothered to clean and provide room or other services
