Hotel Centra Inn, Paharganj, New Delhi

Dirty rooms, bad people. At the time of check in they will behave properly but at the time of check out different scenario. They will shout for extra money. As they did from me. Manager Rajkishor even don't know to talk with customer. Bad rooms, damage wardrobe n full of termites u can't even keep anything in it. Dirty bedsheet used pillow covers not changed even asking many times.no lift, no exhaust fan in working condition. Ac off every time. Not safe for family. Smell in full room.garbage every where when u will entry u can see. Which will remain same.only one word cheee.gandi jgh aur gande log

Worst place to stay.
Starting from the check in, the guy is just a noobie who recieves you and not enough mature because even servants sometimes refused to listen to his orders.
The rates were high for a night and we wanted a small bargain but he told that if you want bargain just book it from ibibo and u can get the room at cheaper price and a complementary breakfast, but there were se conditions like u must check in at 12 but we were already at the reception at 8 am.
So we explained him the situation and asked him to alot us room a little bit early and he told YES i will give you room before the actual time.
Thats why we booked the room and he saw that we paid for the room so he just told us sit. I will give you room at 10 am. (so we are supposed to sit at reception upto 2 hrs) this was terrible. After this we called for water (nearly 4 times) but he never paid attention to us and when we shouted like when will the water arrive. Then only the service boy came with two glasses of water. Then we sat for 45 min And then we left the hotel for 30 minutes so that we can grab a cup of tea after whole night of travel.
After this as soon as we returned we asked him to give any room available because we were tired so he gave same sized room with same facilities and we agreed ro stay there but he told us that u have to wait still as the cleaning is going on in the room. We still waited 15 min and then we got the room. And then i told the service boy to bring me water. He just told ok and left and again no water after 10 min. I called the room service for water as well as tea. I swear to god both things arrived in 40 mins.
It continued the same way whole day. There was leakage in bathroom. We told them to do something abt it and they told it will stop automatically within few hours. (but actually water leaked for 2 days continually and was still leaking till we left.) tv was not working, there was dust everywhere from the head top of the bed to the tea table and tv counter (even after their cleaning thing). They didn't gave us blanket for the night so we called the service and same thing they refused to give blanket and told us that we can provide you another bedsheet. We agreed but even the bedsheet was not proper. The whole bedsheet was having pores by mices and was torn. (photos attached).
ONLY FOOD WAS GOOD - we had a complimentary breakfast next day and it was good. And because of this we ordered also which was way better than any other hotel out there.when we were checking out they calculated the price of complimentary breakfast into the main bill and also added a BISLERI water bottle worth 60 rupees which we never ordered and then they argued on it and we ultimately found that the water bottle bill was of another room pinched to our main bill.

It’s like a garbage storage, this hotel is very dirty, with bathrooms badly damaged, they don’t have a toilet seat on wc also they charge more when they see you are in need.
The hotel manager is very very bad person do not prefer this hotel for your stay.
Also I mention the room no.which is 207 in we stay and we forgot to take pictures as we are in hurry that time.

One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed at!
1) they charged me 2000 a room for a room which dint had proper sanitary fittings in toilet. We were 5 in a room and 3 of them were ladies. We were asked to take a bath from another rooms toilet. What even make them do so. When asked the receptionist was too rude and he satarted screaming on us for no reason.
2) we asked them for checkout they promised us that they will provide us a good room.after we come at night. When we returned they showed us a way more worse room than we got.
3) they charged us 1500 more for just extension of 2 hours. Which earlier he promised that he wont charge for it.

Dont ever go to this place. Its a nightmare

Worst hotel and it's service. Dirty bedsheets. They switch off the AC during daytime as well as night time. Surroundings very dirty. Total wastage of money. Had a worst experience in this hotel. Totally dissatisfied.

Worst hotel in delhi. Never ever go there. They ask you for extra money too and the stay keeps staring at the females. They also give dangerous vibes and whole hotel is spooky and dangerous. Do check everything snd please dont consider going

They shut the AC at late night and AC is like Fan.dirty rooms.lift is not available. Child labor is working there.

Worst hotel in paharganj. It's price should be 300 or 400 compared to the room. I don't know from where to start. At first they gave us a room that was too much dirty. We refused to stay at that room. Than they changed to another. That was little bit okay than the first. I called fr a towel as it's not available.they gave us a wet dirty towel. Then I asked for a extra pillow as we have our baby with us.they denied.and than when I went for shower it's broken. And last thing no deem lights were there.had the worst night at Delhi. Just yyeaak.

Rooms were not well cleaned bedsheet was not cleaned no soap or hand wash was not available in the bathroom

Receptionist was very bad person they using abusive language with us. They don't know even how to talk with coustmer they showing there attitude thet I am manger in the hotel and they are providing dirty linen for us in the room used room where staff is totly rudly sepcail receptionist is very poor person who used abused words with us so I recommend to everyone familiar don't book this hotel there is very rudly staff and property is very old and brokege where washroom door lock not working wc flush not working dirty linen totly west of money.
I have Shered all pictures gray linen with dirty stain and they blamed to laundry person thet laundry person is giving us thet kind of linen very hahaya

Great hotel, spacious rooms, clean bed and bathroom, friendly staff, hot and cold drinking RO water available, in room food menu in reasonable rates, very near to RK ashram metro.

The wrost hotel I stayed in paharganj. Staff was not properly informed about what we order or not. Dirty room, no tap water in sharp morning.we have to call for this, washroom also dirty.overall its a one star hotel plz do not spend more than 400 rs for one night if u want to stay in this. Bt I personally suggest do not stay in this

Old hotel but not maintenant. Recently I stay here. Hotels is in very bed condition. Bathroom are very dirty condition. Rooms and clothes are very bed not maintained. No drinking water facilities. But kichen facility are very good. Foods are very good and testy. Cleanness and maintainance are required in all area of hotels.

Rooms are too old and no maintenance in rooms. Dirty bed and cover. Broken tea table. Bath room are horrible.

No lift facility. Linen provided were wet. Most importantly, no hot water. To get hot water, we need to drain out 3 full buckets of cold water. This is a complete wastage of precious water in the underground depleted water table at Delhi. No room heater provided. Window shutters were broken and hence cold wind used to get inside the room. Room # 207.

Best experience about my stay is how friendly and warm the staff is. All the the nights I stayed they were very hospitable and friendly, they are now family. Rooms are clean as well.

Location is good about 900 metre from New Delhi railway station and about 300 metre from R k Asram metro station. All places are accessible from here. But the hotel was average. There was lack of cleanliness.

Not a good area there is so many people whoever behave like illiterate n crime is so much there.

It was a very nice stay at Centra Inn. Friendly Management, nice room service.
The Price over there was decent. The rooms was maintained neatly! Haha, even the WiFi was of good speed. Overall, it was a very good hotel!

Worst experience they cheat people never book online they show the best only room they have to attract customer and rest all rooms are very dirty n pathetic, I booked it from OYO, U can't even image the difference between what they show and what they give their is a huge difference

The rooms are nice, but the service is horrible! It's currently over 40 degrees in Delhi and they constantly turn off the AC. The overpriced menu food is bought from the street outside and staff will put it on a plate, or bring it to you in plastic bags, depending their mood. The location isn't bad, there are a lot of better hotels in this area to choose from.

Excellent stay in this hotel.staff is good and cooperative.next visit in hotel centrainn.it is very near by railway station and metro station.

Good choice for a budget hotel. Better to take the last room, as it has a very clean bathroom, newly renovated. Room is spacious enough. Please avoid biryani of this area, it tastes horrible. Location wise, a lil difficult to find, better take a battery operated auto and it will reach you there. Good behaviour of the staff is a plus point. So overall comfortable stay

Worst place for stay, No basic things provison like cold water, no canteen, dirty bed sheet, broken locks and hings.
I book on line family super delux room but they give me only deluxe room with extra mattress for ground laying. Even I was fully paid room bill before arrive. I think that before payment was my fault.becuse on line booking was forced me to paid before. Otherwise my booking would be cancelled. I was very puzzled and my trip has become terrible. So booking will be risky. If anyone will take. Photos I can't post because words are more effective to show pain than photos

Old building in very narrow lanes of Paharganj and service is below par. Might be good enough for some in budget

Hotel itself is located in narrow street, good for foreigners who are looking for a budget offerings. Hotel staff seems helpful, the only problem seems like is location of the hotel.

POOR HOTEL VERY POOR OR STUPIDD STAFF AS I HAD VISITED THERE EARLY MORNING CLEANING WAS GOING ON BUT NO ONE WAS AT RECEPTION THEY CAME AFTER 5 MINUTES THAT IS FINE BUT HE SAID ROOM IS NOT READY YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 10 MORE MINUTES IN THE MEAN TIME WHERE I WAS SITTING ON COUCH OPPOSITE TO RECEPTION SWEEPER CAME AND CLOSED THE FAN AND STARTED DUSTING THERE I SAID I'M TIRED AND FULL OF SWEAT AS IT WAS HARD TO FOUND YOUR HOTEL. INSTEAD OF SWITCHING ON THE FAN HE SAID JUST 2 MINUTES LET ME COMPLETE IT FIRST. ROOMS WERE NOT TIDY NEED SHEETS WERE IN SUPER POOR CONDITIONS EVEN TOWEL AND BLANKETS WERE ALSO VERY DIRTY.

It's near by newdelhi rly station. 5 minutes distance. Its the only good abt the property. Least cleanliness, unprofessional staff.food not good.not suitable for family.better to stay alone or only male members.economical nd ok ok type property.
