This place is awsome, gives the feeling of home.food over here is mouth watering.
Should try.

It’s a great hotel with very good hospitality and service
Except, wifi system in this hotel sucks. Their IT head needs a serious knocks. Also, I don’t know how to use the moisturizer and shower gel included in their service.

Good option, in mid of the city, was here for a party. Great decoration, Washrooms were okay, but could be better. Good food, variety and presentation. Staff behaviour about average. Valet parking available.

Omg omg omg.their dal makhani.
I think the place absolutely stands out for having the best dal makhani I ever ever had.
We ordered an extra bowl in the end just to have this without anything else and just relished the taste of it
Their butter chicken is very different from the usual creamy sweet butter chicken that we get everywhere.
Their butter naan is also good.
I liked the fact that they replaced the naan and made it much softer on requesting them.
The staff is courteous and mentioned that their stand out dish is dal makhani and it is ordered almost at every single table.
A game changer since I visited this place.
My love for dal makhani grew even more after visiting this place
The bowl of dal makhani that they serve is enough for 3 people.

I lived here for a month, in general, this hotel good for people wants to make wedding party

comparing price to quality, i found it expensive, for that I give 4 stars.

In General, Good service, clean, hotel mager is wonderful man, and staff all are kind and professional

There is two restaurants and bar, i liked the international one because of the small portions, the Indian Resturant portions are huge and of course prices are high, there is live band

A perfect place overall. There is this Cafe 24 here. If you are having a client meeting, an arranged meeting or any formal type meeting, this is the place for you. Hygeinic and well educated staff. Food and beverages are all delicious and cost effective! Such a great place in North west delhi! A must visit)

Food quality very poor. I attended a function. Ambience is nice but Food was too bad. Not expected to be so bad in this part of Delhi

The valet parking there Got big Scratches on My brand new Honda City car. And even after evidence they are not doing and Not Giving compensation properly. Worst.
Dont give them your car

Ambience and food qualtity is good. But one thing is badly missing is baby diaper changing platform/area. People with small babies who visit restaurant, will face this problem.

Worst service on Sundays after corona. They don't stop guests coming in. Instead they fill all their place but do not give table service even for WATER

Worst customer service by any 5 star hotel in Delhi. The staff is arrogant, rude and don't care a penny about the customer. They will outright call you a liar and never admit to anything that they have done wrong.

I had called few days ago to make a reservation for 13-15 people in their restaurant and was told by the lady on the phone that we can simply do a walk in as reservations are not required. So, we did and the staff would harass us in front of our guests and other guests in the hotel by saying that we never made a reservation so our group will have to split and sit on multiple tables. They were at no point willing to listen to us and were directly calling us liars.

No decent hotel would have such terrible staffs. They have no decency on how to talk to the customers. They don't care if you have to cancel your celebrations and leave, because they have too much ego and arrogance to even look into their mistakes. The senior staff wouldn't even talk eye-to-eye and would just keep talking while walking past us. They never looked into their call logs to see who received the call. They never discussed it with the staff why someone had told us that no reservations were needed. As soon as we told them about the call, they immediately started dismissing it. No discussion, no looking at the records.

This is not how you build reputation. You are not the only 5 star hotel. There are far better places in Delhi, where the staff actually care's about the customer. Never visiting this place again.

Cleanliness and customer care is totally upto mark.
Also a variety of breakfast is served.
I loved the bakery products that were served.

Very very very bad hotel. Really HR is very rude. She don't know how to communicate with staff. I worked to here's 1 month still I didn't get my salary?

Yesterday went to yellow mirchi restaurant for celebration of my birthday, but the experiance is horrible as the service in restaurant is very poor. Even if u ask water then it comes after 15 min and drink order after half hour

Once u reach this hotel in any function the Indecent, worst mannered guard welcomes you. Mostly all guards at the gate especially the Darbaan don't know how a manners. They lack basic manners how to talk to a guest. Avoid this hotel. One can find best services at this rate. Worst hotel guard and Darbaan I ever faced. This hotel don't deserve even single star.

I had come for dinner at their restaurant. The staff was being so stubborn for just cutting the cake. And when told them that we hold a discount card they said until we see the card we won't deduct the same. Seriously i will never visit their restaurant or hotel city park again. One Will never go to a place where you find such behaviour

I came looking for a decent cake. At around 12: 30 in night and got one for roughly 630 post 10% discount. Which they offer post you enauire.half a kg cake for 630 might sound a little overpriced to some people. But the cake was really good. I fact better than the expectations. It was a black forest cake.

I recently went to the coffee shop with family on Sunday here, pathetic service, they have a fixed menu on Sunday, and they are serving as if they just want to complete serving all the items and want you out ASAP so that next customer can come.

My experience was not good. Services were not so good. While entering you didn't find proper space for a Dance. As I was from Groom 'side so outside while dancing I faced so much traffic so finally all our mood got down n we entered directly as they have only single road for both ways n moreover Mkt is attached with this Hotel City Park so cars were there so they were also leaving at same time. Huge Jam n Mood got down at that time. I never recommend anyone.

Wonderful and spacious rooms for business travels esp for foreign people.
I had never had such wonderful coffee as this restaurant, this hotel doesn't have parking space that's adds to dissappointment.

Superb location. Very nice rooms. The breakfast was great too. Staff is warm. The rooms have bath tub and tea/coffee maker. Good for business and family stay.

Visited this place for a marriage reception. Easy to locate, easy in parking, Good food. Overall good experience. Recommended Place

A very premium place. However, it could be better if it had smoking rooms because I saw some people smoking in the indoors which made the atmosphere degraded.

Lot of noise of construction early morning. But rooms, service and food - all was top notch. Clean rooms at that. So I was happy.
