The Owners are professionally Doctors and treat their Guests as a Family. Which is very rare in Hotel Industry especially in Delhi. The Rooms are clean and hygienic.
The Homemade Snacks and Meals are given at nominal charges.
The Toiletries of good quality are provided to Guests.
Its a Home away from Home in Delhi.

Outstanding experience in all aspects you could imagine. Not just the location, the suroundings but in particular the Team is very special and takes care of everything and everybody.

Hotel is in fact a Homestay among the city crowded area. Continuous noise for full night won’t allow you to sleep with relax & soundless sleep …

Don't book the room online if you do there is a good chance that u won't be getting room and u can't even claim the refund

Best hotel for family.as unmarried couples, smoking is not allowed.budget hotel, but I found booking through TripAdvisor is cheaper as compared to direct booking do not know the reason.well, good experience with nice food.

The owner was very rude. No staff, took high price from me but there was no facility as such tv was not working not recommended at all worst hotel i have ever seen.

Worst stay ever…. The price shown and charged amount was different…and the area was not at all clean, very stinky and the owner will talk very polite at checkin with you and gets the HEAD MASTER when you have paid

Great service great stay. Patients are given food according to their diet if they opt for it. Homemade food is given to all who opt for food.

Absolutely loved my stay. My friend was getting married nearby and we girls got late. So we booked a room at hotel goel residency. Loved the service.we were given breakfast in the morning and the rooms were sanitized before we entered. So loved it.

The worst staff and the worst hotel. The lady dont even know how to talk to the other person. People used to come here for drinking purpose. Dont ever book this hotel online, the staff will make you fool and will not return your money and will say that i haven't received any money.

We went to goel residency to get 4 rooms booked for our guests. The owner Dr Sunita is very rude and cunning. She was charging Rs 3000 for the premium room which was available in 2100 at goibibo and mmt. When we told her about the online prices and requested for discount, she started behaving rudely, cribbing about how mmt and goibibo deal with her. She said that they mmt, ibibo and other inline partners are unprofessional and don't follow her instructions. She even said that if you will book online, I will cancel your booking. We felt like not going ahead with the booking. Looking for better places now. I feel that the other good reviews about her are fake and are being posted by people in her network.

Property is good as per location. Peaceful and clean. Staff is good but owner bit okish. All in all one can surely opt to stay here.

Was checking the pricing and all details. Spoke with so called DR Sunita Goel. After visiting the property had conversations over the phone with her as she was not available. The lady was so rude and called herself a doctor where she doesn't know how to deal and respect a customer's point of view. I just asked for including basement hall for catering food she hunged the phone on my face and upon calling her back she had the audacity to accept that she disconnected the line. Just adding Goel to your sir name won't make you a good business man learn to respect customer's point of view as well

Cons

Air conditioner does not seem to work or maybe I could not get it to operate properly. It either freezes the room to unbearable cold temperature or does not adequately cool the room. Either way you will constantly have to adjust it all night. Turn on and off to get it to get the room to suitable temperature. This obviously means waking up all throughout the night and very inconvenient and annoying. This greatly spoiled my stay in which otherwise would have been a very good stay.

They provide a very thin sheet as a blanket which is not adequate and thus you are left cold throughout night when AC is on. Which is either to cold or to hot.

Pros

Great location opposite a park and nearby to shops and restaurants down the road. Very nice view from the top of the hotel. Nice fridge freezer to keep your drinks and food cool. I really like the layout and whole hotel was in excellent condition. The bed sheets, towels, bathroom was very clean.which was a plus. The lift was great and easy to use so you did not have to climb the stairs to get to room.

They provide food which was of a good standard at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. I greatly enjoyed my stay here apart from the AC issues. If that was fixed I would give this place a 4 star rating ad I though it was good value for what you pay.

There are sometimes issues with no person in the reception area so you have to wait around for someone to come to speak to. All in all I would recommend this place but please sort out the AC.

Nicely located in Rohini, very comfortable and cozy rooms, good view from the balcony, good and spacious toilets, very friendly staff. Food can be ordered, very tasty food, food from outside not allowed.
