Hotel Grand Suites New Delhi Airport

These people have the worst service and they are cheat. Increase the room tariff over the night no any manners no safety. And they misbehave with the customers. I don't prefer anyone to stay here they loot people here. Specially the manager there is a thug

The staff was good. The reception charged me 600 extra as i was in hurry to catch morning flight. I took the bills and when i calculated they had charged 600 extra. Reception staff is bad

Despite booking 14 rooms, 4 were missing. The hotel had an incorrect location on booking, plus the rooms and the hotel were very dirty

The hotel was closed when I reached the property at 2 am. Although I paid the hotel fees I was not informed prior that hotel would be closed. Never book this hotel

It was a really bad experience. The room was pathetic, bedsheets were unclean. Despite of me complaining so many times about the conditions of the sheets they (room service) refused to change my room and even the bedsheets. Worst staff not at all supportive

Service is not good.
They delay all my orders even if i requested a water bottle they told me to wait for 30 minutes.

This is a honest review, We had a bad experience, The rooms were dirty and were not sanitized. The hotel is not maintained well and staffs behaviour was not good as well. They don't even provide complimentary water bottles. I saw this hotel had good reviews online but the ground reality is completely opposite. The ratings on oyo website is not genuine as The hotel staffs asks for the guests phone during checkout and without the knowledge of the guest they add the five stars.

Worst experience. Pillows were dirty, Ordered something got something else to eat. Also while checking out was charged over what the bill was. Took ages to locate the hotel since the hotel that i booked was under the name of Hotel Grand Suites and the name mention at the hotel was D Capitol. Won't recommend anyone.

Waste of money to book this hotel. Room is not sanitized and clean in covid situation. Even bathroom are also not cleaned. When I asked for extra blanket but they didn't provide. So I not recommend to book this hotel according to my experience.

Honestly speaking, staff is very good. Rooms are neat and clean, AC is working. If you want AC room in low price please visit and book room there instead of paying online.

Room was not in very good condition. Bedsheets were very dirty, washroom was not clean. There was no bin in the washroom. Hotel is actually 5 kms away from airport but while booking it shows 0.1 km away from the airport.

Hotel ambience and people are so unprofessional, was charged extra 500 for early check Inn, bed spreads were unhygienic, basic usage items at washroom were not provided.

Guys trust me. Don't book this hotel. It would be worst decision of your life. It is one of the worst in delhi. Be it location, food, amenities, room service, staff behaviour, cleanliness or even condition of rooms. Imagine a hotel with water problem. They will not accept online payements and would charge you high offline payment for their bad rooms. If you want to destroy your trip and moments then it is the best place to go in delhi. Go anywhere, even roadside is beeter than this hotel.

Peeling wall paint. Musty. No towels. No toilet paper. No hot water. Unclean room. No food. Saggy mattresses. Dodgy electrics. Never again. Only reason it gets 1 star is that chap on the desk was helpful booking us a rail ticket.

Room is good for those who are looking a budget yet quality room. You may find water damages on the room's wall. However that doesnt matter.

Worst service, no hot water supply, non availability of towels, doesn't provided necessary things, no comb, no slipper, no lotion, nothing was provided. C grade shampoo pouches and medimix extra small soap cake was placed in washroom. There are tandoori items in menu but when we ordered they said, sorry sir we don't have tandoori items available.

I booked the hotel room through OYO but the hotel is Not Associated with them for various reasons. If so then Why is still listed in the OYO app? Room not upo the mark. No Ventilation and TV was not working. When I called the reception to report this they said they are fixing the dish so I said remote s not working and they said that they will send someone but no one came till the end. Food is not that great. Bed is the worst. Fan Regulator was only missing

Worst, pathetic, unhygienic, no amenities. Food was pathetic and tasteless. Used towels were kept in the bathroom. Stains on bed sheets. Broken windows. Broken toilet flush and filthy toilet paper. This was the so called deluxe room. Not recommended at all. Please don't visit.

Everything that can go wrong in a hotel stay, will go wrong in this hotel!
First of all: The locality. Photos show you a decent building in a decent locality, but in reality, it is a hotel located in an outskirts village near Delhi Airport. Ugly men in their night wears are there to welcome you when you enter the gully in which the hotel is located. They keep staring at every couple that enters. Troubles don't end there. The hotel stafff was no different!
Second: The welcome. When I told them that I had prepaid the amount through online payment, there was a huge frown on the manager's face. I had paid for 2 days of stay in the hotel prior to my check-in date. They checked me out after first day without my knowledge and then I had to re-book the room for second day (I called OYO helpline but it was of no use as the hotel manager kept saying that 'Yaha pe unpaid dikha raha hai to aapko pay krna hi padega, nahi to aap dono ko jane nahi denge yaha se! '). I showed them proof that I had paid for 2 complete days but he refused to understand. The OYO guys were also helpless in front of the manager!
Third: Bathroom lights were not working. When I complained, they gave me a small bulb saying this is all we have, you have to adjust.
Worst experience. After this horrible experience, I recommend everyone to never book through OYO, they show something and give you something completely opposite. Don't be fooled by photos please!

Rough behaviour of manager, dishonest for the confirmed booking, poor room service, Oyo should discard such hotels from it's reference list

Today I reached here and I saw good facilities maintaining by hotel and I became happy after looking it and I will stay in this hotel for 5-6 days. Within these days I will know all the things about this luxurious hotel

1) The Room was not cleaned properly it had a sticky floor
2) The Ceiling had spider webs near the window area alot of them and in the wardrobe area as well
3) The door mat was not clean at all it was more dusty than the floor itself I have attached the photo of door matt below
4) The most important was that AC was not working, I asked the staff to check it twice but No one made sure that it starts cooling so at the end I had to sleep without AC.
5) The Fan had a knocking voice when it was running which was annoying as well.
6) Where as no glass or water was provided inside the room.
7) the bedsheet was also rough had some issue.

I didn't sleep properly the day before yesterday may be 2 hours, still I couldn't sleep yesterday night. I had to force in myself.
The Hotel has a good infrastructure but its not at all maintained.

If possible i would like to give -5 stars to this Hotel. Rooms are very untidy, outside View is pathetic, straff is super unfriendly and unprofessional. Booked room in Pho e After looking at the Pictures in Internet nur was totally schocked as I stood before it. Didn't stayed in the Hotel After having look at 2 different rooms where the second one was worst than the first one. Advanced was not returned although in Internet free cancellation was mentioned. The Manager/Owner was very rude. Never ever book this Hotel and/or make Advance payment.

Room had water, asked the desk person to change, in reply told to ask OYO stating hotel is not responsible. Had to stay in that room as I paid already.
