Hotel is prime location, staff behaviour are so good rooms are sufficient space and parking also available,

Hotel room are very clean and bathroom are so big and clean.service staff and manager behaviour so good. I want again and again visit in this hotel. Thank you for all staff.

Wrost hotel around. Rooms were pathatic and room service guys didn't come even after 3 4 calls.bathrooms were not clean. Beds had a poor smell.they are not on oyo but shows there. Finally not a good chice

The room is unhygienic, with smelly beds and mattress.
They provide dirty towels which is not properly washed.
The telephone they provide not even working.
Plz visit at your risk for staying.

Horrible experience! The reception staff seems to ask money for every little thing and service is extremely poor.

No service at all. Poor food quality! No cleanliness. Bedsheets are not cleaned. Pillows covers are not cleaned. Ac not working! Worse bathroom. And no one listen to you.

I have booked this hotel from OYO on a price of 984 for one person on 30 Aug 2019 but hotel receptionist denied to check in for which he demands of minimum charges 1200. More than 5 time i have called oyo every time they put the call on hold. It’s was late night and also medical emergency so i booked same hotel from my friends app cost 1249.
I will not recommends this hotel from OYO app.room was not clean and staff behaviour was not good at all. Not recommend for couple because this thing can be happen to them.

Unethical OYO Property. I booked a room for my 74 year father through OYO App. Booking ID: PXVB9346 for Rs 964 for night. At the time of checking in the property refused to take online booking and forced my father to pay Rs 1200. Since he was already exhausted after running around hospital he had no option but to pay Rs 1200 for the room. I felt so helpless. I Chose this Hotel through OYO but VERY MUCH Disappointed. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Wrost hotel I have ever seen in my life. They charge 1200 for a singal day. Washroom and bedsheets are very dirty, staff is very rude and arrogant. Please don't book this hotel.

Hotel may be good but staff is the worst side of this hotel which is not at all bothered about how they behave what they say sometime they harass you also so it's not worth spending your hard earned money

The Hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The rooms are quite dirty and very ill equipped. Besides the photos provided are probably of the time the hotel was built, its in an entirely different condition now. Wouldn't really recommend it.

Rooms are very dirty. It look like it has been cleaned in a while. Cheaked the phone and you will know that no one even touched it for an year. And its mostly used by local school and college couples for their fun. Its not worth even 500 inr and Oyo is taking 1200 inr for this dirty hotel which shouldnt even be listed in their app. Do not book this hotel. Waste of money.

Worst hotel. Hygiene level is zero. No water to drink. Food not good. Staff behavior issues. Rude with guests. Open parking.

Worst service. They approved my booking from OYO but no room was available when i reached there. Then they asked me to wait for 2 hrs.

Very bad experience i booked from oyo then i reach there they deny my check in. I try to reach oyo but no revert. Hotel ask me to pay 600 more than they will allow check in and they cancel my oyo booking by just asking sir let me check the booking. They are fraudster dont go this hotel.

I booked this hotel through oyo and the room was so dirty, the floor was having dirt marks like its never been cleaned the besheet was dirty with spot marks of dirt the blanket was also dirty and having dirt spots the washroom was in the worst condition the shower head was broke and little water came out of it i was given no toiletries no towel and the a.c was so up high that the cooling was not sufficent there was a small fridge in the room which was dirty the tv was not working and at the reception when i was told to do the payment i said okay i'l do it with PAYTM but the receptionist refused and said that PAYTM is not accepted here then i said okay i can swipe my ATM card on which he replied that the swipe machine is not working and told me that i can go to an ATM in the middle of the night at 12 to withdraw cash i'm disappointed by there service because if someone chooses your hotel they want to rest with clean surrounding and a service like this is just borderline bizarre
i would suggest not to choose this hotel and go for somewhere else.

Its a nice hotel however the condition of rooms is not that great for the cost. Rooms are dirty and AC, Hit water doesn't work when u need it.

First time it was good. That is why i've visit second time also. In this.but experience is totaly disappointed. The manager was very annoying. If we asked some quentions, they are shouted and talked in very angry manner. Apart from that, washroom was not clean, the flush is not worked, and AC is totaly in a bad condition. When we ask that AC is not working. Then the hotel boy told that yes yes this not working, wht is this i mean! In future also i will not go in this hotel. Rubbish!

The staff wase very rude. They even don't know the meaning of hospitality. Will advise not to book the hotel through OYO app. By the way OYO is great.but not kochar plaza

Very Old hotel.rooms are very big but furniture are not updated. Not clean. If you are booking through some online booking apps then don;'t go on the pictures the reality is totally different.

A moderate hotel without restraunt. If you stay there they can order food for you but the food is not prepared in their kitchen. The cleanliness of this hotel is also moderate. The rooms are well spaced but cushions are not well confortable. The room service is quite good. The hotel is easily accessed as it is on the main rohtak road. This hotel is couple friendly also no need to worry to stay with your girl friends.
