Poorly maintenaned room will be an understatement. The sheets were so soiled and dirty and the towels were even more dirty. The toilet wasn't even cleaned when they gave us the room with urine stains all over.

Trying to be over professional.not considering even 1 hour Kate checkout. Charging very high for that.so please calculate that before booking this hotel.

Where can I start, to be frank the only USP of this hotel was the convenience of the location. Majority of the staff in there are either rude or incompetent in understanding that the minimum expectation is respect. Avoid this hotel if you want to have a pleasant experience in this beautiful section of sadar bazar

I had reached the hotel at 11: 30Am as the checkin time is 12: 00 noon, the reception person is asking me to wait till 12: 00 (not friendly), afterwards i go to counter at 12: 05 they said that the guest is going to checkout i have to wait, after waiting too long and told them i had a meeting at 01: 30PM than they provide me the third class room at 01: 00PM approx

I had booked deluxe room in this property at 2200/- per day.seriously its like 400-500/- OYO rooms
Not proper room service provided, i asked them to send water after continuous calling 5-6 times and after 03hours waiting, i reached to reception counter and asked them to send the water bottle.
There are no laundry and ironing service.
They provide you 01 smelly towel and 01 soap in the name of toiletries
This hotel doesn't have a single bike parking, if you're traveling by your own vehicle avoid this hotel.
They are charging much more then the service provided, i suggest to go with another option, there are many 4star hotels available in this price segment

The hotel was good for what we have found there. Spacious room, AC, good hot water pressure, friendly staff. In the room it said that we would have a refrigerator, hairdryer and kettle and it was not like that. Don't be fooled by the photos on the facade either, they have a brand new hotel where they check in, but then they give you your room in another one with the same name, two buildings over.which isn't bad either, but it's not the new one.of the photo. About 10 -15 minutes walk from the train and metro stations.

This hotel has very worst receptionist.
Even if you book the hotel room online in advance, they are money minded and they give room to the people who pays them more money upfront. After much arguments, they provided a room.

Hotel needs to improve on room and toilet cleaning. Location was in the heart of Paharganj which is close to New Dehli railway station.

Rooms are quite spacious but should have been properly cleaned. Found dust and spider nets everywhere in the room. Bathrooms should have been cleaned properly.

They will trap you saying if you pay in cash govt GST 12% will be deducted from your total bill which is a lie and it should not be. They will just waste your time and when you are checking out then you have to pay both the expenses. So be careful about this scam!

Located at a very prime location @Paharganj. Their service was top notch right from the beginning. They also have their own tour operating thing. Rooms were nice so were the food. Overall nice stay!

When we reached new delhi, we started hunting for cheap and safest hotels, this place feels like home. Spacious rooms and approximately 500 meters from railway station on arakashan road, turn left from main road. For one night we paid ₹2500 for 4 persons.

Reasonable price. Very good service. Staffs are cooperative.
Clean. Neat. Wifi is working very well.

Krishna Hotel is good for living. Service and cleaness is quite impressive. But their meal charges are huge. On regular product they charge extra on MRP. Like drinking water, package snacks, biscuits, etc. These are mainly mini bar snacks and you have to pay extra on MRP. Another drawback their are not provide free drinking water you have to purchase every time.it's better if you purchase it from outside. Stuffs are friendly.

I booked a family suit Room.instead I was given very normal executive room. But i paid for family suit

They never accept debit or credit cards for food and etc.
But they will charge for GST etc tax

Food taste was ok and bit expensive

The hotel is very good no doubt it's near to the new delhi station and Rajiv Chowk walk in distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.every managers of the reception is helpful and professional morning shift Ravinder ji, Lavleen mam.

Hotel location Is very good it's just five minutes walkable distance from new delhi railway station.hotel maintained a clean and neat, hotel staff and room service is very good.

Lodging infrastructure is good, food is good but high priced but service is not upto the mark. You have to knock them multiple times to get your things done.

I am afraid it was not as good as we expected, bathroom not cleaned, they added Rs 100 to my bill without asking, very noisy road nearby, from window not very nice views, when asked for extra blanket as it was cold brought only 2 instead of 4, they need to improve staff service and cleanliness in order to attract customers.

A good value for money property in Paharganj.the interiors are really nice and the rooms are big.very comfy bed and the food is also tasty.the staff is really helpful and they mean 24x7 service when they write it.liked the stay.

The hotel is a budget hotel, its what you pay for. The rooms were big and spacious. Comfortable very soft bed, with Tv and fridge. The bathroom was basic and we had no hot/warm water. The hotel is just off a main road and inside the rooms …

Location is very nearer to New Delhi railway station. Hotel staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Overall experience in staying in the hotel is quiet satisfying. I would really love to stay once again when I will be going to Delhi

I booked as it was claiming to be a 3 star hotel and giving 33 m2 room.
It is in pathetic shape. Faucet was broken, dirty bed Lenin, leakage and still they charge 3500.

Giving 1 star is also waste of time. But want to share something about this hotel. Hostel rooms and toilets are well maintained. But they have cheated me two times with the tariff. In the beginning they said one price later they charged High. When i asked about this Front office executives Answered me rudely. Even they used some bad words which commonly spoken in Delhi. So Think before you decide to go. If you can dare to Bang their a*** you can go.

Maintenance is average, place is at prime location. But all the time busy with traffic. No hot water all the time.

Hotel Krishna is very good. Room also good. But service is not good. Plz room service ko aacha karo.
