Worst experience of my entire life their service is not good. They don’t treat their customer at well and properly.and this hotel is not like that picture you seen on social media. So don’t believe on pics, go and check out the other hotels and don’t ever dare to come in this hotel.if you visit this hotel you’re going to regret.

Its fraud and cheap hotel dont stay over there.nonsens staff infulleded manager etc.there is only ladki bazzi dhandha chalta hai

Absolutely Rubbish. Stayed on 30th December, 2022 Night only. Toilet was not properly clean. Most Unhygienic. Staff Behaviour is very bad, Most unprofessional.

Room was very dirty. He just sprayed room freshener and gave us keys. No basic things like towel or soap was available. I would not recommend to book this hotel if you are near airport.

This is the grossest hotel I've stayed in. See pics, hotel, was filled with trash. A rat kept trying to get in a hole in my window. I lasted 2 hours here.

I'm used to staying in low budget accomodations but that was probably the most dirty room I've ever seen. Everything falling apart and extremely unfriendly welcome when we came to hotel. Not recommend at all

The receptionist was sleeping and didn't even respond properly and kept us waiting for over an hour. They will not respect our time and make us wait without any further notice. I have had the worst experience.

Don't expect much from this budget accommodation hotel. There is lot of things they can improve to give the awesome experience of the budget accommodation. List could be long including bath towels, bathroom utensils, hot water etc etc.

Pros - good place to stay to catch flights from Delhi International airport around ₹1000/- budget for a night.

Staff is very very greedy and if they come in the room as it get 11.00 am for next day payment as customer will flee away without paying and if you ask them you disturbed they say it's our policy

No clean beds, no proper management, they have hotel just for name, very poor service, insects all over the hotel, i will never ever suggest anybody

It's just okay hotel in case of no option left. Towels not clean.shower doesn't work.room stinks.no proper room service.dirty rooms.staff not cooperative.
Kindly don't book this hotel if you have options.

It's was best for couples like no disturbance no to much people around you and room was osm to AC was also everything was fine. It was worth our money.

Being as international traveler, I used booking.com last minute from airport. The hotel guys call me up and offer for a ride@ £350 rupees and I tag along. Once reaching hotel, they rush me to pay but I ask if I can check the room first plus asking for hotel WiFi. There were 3 guy's who run the hotel and another guy take care my luggage's, after looking into 5 rooms, boy, it was a very very bad. Roaches running around the rooms, the entire 5 rooms were very disappointed. Glad I checked the hotel before paying. They were trying best to get my money for the hotel.
I told the front personals please cancel my reservation and I'm not staying here. They didn't like that, they still trying to charge me thru booking.com.
This hotel is in no way a 4 stars. I'll never recommend those hotel.

Very Bad Experience first time in my Life.

Hands down, the worst experience in India. We stayed here back in 2019. The rooms are dirty, all parts including linen, furniture and bathroom. No hearing either. The concierge didn't let us pay with card even there was a functional POS on the front desk.

I lost my watch during my stay in your hotel. I did not think this kind of problem will occir. Such a let down. Worse service ever. Never going to stay here again.

Accommodation is good but if r also taking breakfast it is all waste the hotel gives the worst breakfast and if u order from outside they have a objection on that also. They don't give cutleries for outside food. The food is pathetic.

The hotel was superb in all the facilities. The staff members were quite good and polite. They have car parking facility. The food was delicious and healthy. The rooms were properly arranged with ample lights.environment. Also they provide transportation and meal. My experience there was amazing.

I stayed in this hotel for many days, they don’t accept OYO bookings below rupees 1000, they can refuse booking from any online platform at any time, one thing or another thing in the rooms is always faulty, staff at the reception is rude and non co-operative by all means, one very important thing that they can ask you to checkout anytime they get a group booking. Pathetic Experience.

Stayed for 3 nights, they didn't clean my room for all the days, I have been complaining continuously but they didnt give damn, linen was so dirty

No cleanliness. Rooms looked different and better in pictures but not all good.only good thing is, it's nearest to airport.and yeah staff is really good

This hotel doesn't accept the booking from OYO. They deny for checking even customer reached on property booking via online

The room was not heated at all. The bed was dirty. The TV did not work. The water was only cold on the first day. The water pressure of the shower was extremely low. The food was good though. We did not get breakfast on our last morning. Cook was still sleeping.

Comfortable place to stay, nice atmosphere, good room service, co-operative staff, all facilities like AC, TV, power back-up, kitchen.

Terrible service. Room service takes45 minutes to supply breakfast. They demanded 10% extra for card payment and only relented when I said I would report it to you.

Tiny bathroom and used bedsheets. Highly avoidable

Teh hotel was good, safe.there was music being played till midnight which disturbed my sleep.also the there was a group residing there which kept on making noise till morning.they do not allow food to be ordered, although we did order.they urge to order from them only.

Poor management, we booked two rooms from morning 8am to 12.00 half day two rooms for refreshing before we go to our flight by evening.
We reached there by 7am but hotel receptionist was not ready to allow us before 8am. So with no other option we had to sit and then we decided to have break fast there and it went till 8.15 even after that hotel ppl were dragging that cleaning is going on till 9am. After 9.15 they asked us to go into rooms but to our surprise there was no water available in hotel and no buckets available in rest rooms. We informed the same to reception immediately we got the bucket soon but the water started coming in by 11 am. Almost most of the morning part went in anger.
While we do the check out at 1pm instead of 12 they were asking us for additional charge after all their dramas. We are not ready to pay as even the basic water facility is not there.

Worst hotel one could go.
I won't recommend this to anyone.

Worst hotel experience ever. Water supply is not proper, staff behavior is bad, communication between staffs is not clear. Price of food is high, bad room service. Over all, all the things are bad, only the tariff is low. If you are looking for a low budget hotel, go for it and consider the other things

Had a poor experience here. Never returned my emails about the supposed airport transfer that was included in my room rate. Pillows were filthy and the hotel was super noisy - loud voices in the hallways until midnight and then again starting at 430am. I know that was probably bad guests, but the hotel staff should do something for the sake of the other guests.

Stayed here in middle of January and the rooms were very cold without heat. The food was mediocre at best and the staff was so-so as well. For $30 a night it's worth it if you want to be close to the airport, otherwise not a lot of appeal.

Run away from this place. Horrible, dirty, badly managed. We had a reservation and the make us wait 90 minutes for the room

Like a hostel- nothing is as advertised. Very dirty, noisy and cold. Food is terrible. There is no shuttle service from airport.
