I had an excellent experience of hosting a private family function at Hotel Saket 27. The location was perfect, the food was delectable and everything was managed professionally. Their rooftop venue is a hidden gem for small family functions in Saket. Special thanks to Mr. Satendra Pal ji for his exceptional service and handling of the event.
Had a two night stay at this hotel and it is perfect for a small business stay or for hospital stay as it is very close to the max super speciality hospital.
Good rooms and nice ambiance with plenty of parking space. I have given 4 stars because breakfast could have been better though the spread was decent but it was served cold. The pav of pav bhaji was cold and hard and after repeated attempts the issue remained unsolved.
The modern decor made it cozy, and the food was surprisingly delicious. Great location, close to everything. Highly recommend for a fantastic and memorable stay
Not a good experience at this hotel. Stayed for 2 days the first day the room i got was so shabby and not a single charging point working. The room was just adjacent to reception and very noisy. Next day after many requests they gave another room which was unlike the other room. So they do such things and if u dont get a change of room u need to stay in a below average room in the name of deluxe. I even asked them for my check out bill which i haven’t received after many requests so there are many such things. Not at all recommended.
The only issues I find with this hotel are the slow, seemingly incompetent night staff on the day I arrived and the cleanliness of the rooms.
The night staff were unprofessional, sullen, quiet and not proactive at all. And there were leftover socks from the past guests and a lot of accumulated dust under the bed and behind the TV as well as furniture. The room had obviously not been cleaned for a long time in those areas.
One highlight was the fantastic mutton biryani that I could get late into the night at 11: 30pm from room service just before the kitchen closed.
Average room but clean Situated in saket, location is ok type, no nearby food joints available within 1 km. Breakfast is very basic. Rates are very high as per the rooms and foods availability. Maintenance is low.
Earlier this year, we stayed at this property during my mother's surgery at Max Hospital, Saket. It is a well-lit, clean property with ample parking, well-appointed rooms of decent size, and a rather small restaurant, but with a double-height ceiling and great decor. The approach is great, the metro st.is close by, call taxis do not need additional instructions to reach, and you can wave an auto as many pass by the main gate quite frequently. Reading other reviews here, I was sceptical at first. However, I am glad I went with it over the Shereton in the neighbourhood, which was a little more than twice as expensive! I believe it is close to one of the frequented clubs in the area, therefore certain aspects like unregistered guests, late-night visitors in the room etc.are generally discouraged. A conversation with the front office staff should, in my opinion, take care of genuine exceptions. I found the staff to be very courteous, and they mostly took care of my mother's post-surgery dietary requirements.
Better coordination between room service, housekeeping and the front office and a bit of training must definitely improve the overall guest experience. The property had a new GM, Kapil, who came across as a very humble, knowledgeable, and experienced executive from the industry. Recent reviews are very positive, it appears he has already ironed out the rough edges. It is a good hotel for a mid-price family stay.
We stayed there for1 day and my reaction is like below: -
Pros: - a) Room was ok small and comfy but with lot of side noises coming.
Cons: - a) Bad and slow staff with pathetic behaviour.b) very Poor service.c) No basic amenities provided like slippers toothpaste, brush, toilet paper roll
Beware of staying in rooms with no ventilation and no AC. Hotel claims AC is centralized and is shut during winters. Rooms become extremely stuffy and hot.
The staff is highly unprofessional and rude, didn’t give me my id back and I had to come back to get it, they very unsupportive through out. Rooms were also stinky
The key card was not working properly and we had to call the reception for help each time I used it to unlock the door. They didn't take proper measures to stop it from happening. This was the case on all the 3 days of my stay there.
Need to walk to another building of the same complex to have breakfast.
I was at Hotel Saket 27 for family function and stayed from 26th to 28th November 2022. Terrace has awesome view and was great for winter morning function. Food overall was great and tasty, either in the function or at breakfast buffet spread. Service was prompt and courteous. Special mention for GM Mr. Kapil Seth and Executive Chef Sunny for personally supervising all the arrangements. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped.
Very bad service Whatever you ask the receptionist they forget the very minute you put down the phone! No towels in bathroom and No hot water Very bad service
It was my first experience in this hotel, rooms n service are pretty cool, location was bit weird, overall great experience and expensive one, if u can afford then must try
Staff was very helpful. Cleaning had to be nudged gently. Food service and staff were good for the price. WiFi in our room problematic. For what you pay though. Good value for money. Small tweeks like improving room cleaning and making WiFi better throughout the hotel and more seamless are minor changes that would have great impact. Overall positive experience.
Very poor service No towels in bathroom No hot water When you ask the manager for the same they forget the minute you put down the phone Very poor service Go someplace else
Staff is so rude. Rooms are average with basic Ameneties missing. Breakfast is pathetic! Have to ask the service staff for basics such as table drinking water. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.
Absolutely Clueless Staff! My sister and jiju stayed at this hotel. I was not allowed to meet them saying guests are not allowed where as all his seniors had no problem when I came initially. Let me tell you I had pend a bomb amount money. Navneet Bahl is an arrogant employee the hotel definitely needs to get rid of.
Location wise a good property, rooms are also pretty clean, little small thogh, but the service i would say is not upto the mark, i have ordered food from outside as the kitchen was closed on 11 pm so i ordered, i request the reception to please let delivery boy come to my room but they clearly deny they even denied to bring the food in my room by their staff also, so i have to come downstairs at reception to get my food and weird thing is they have not even bring the food inside, it was outside of the hotel on the floor where the guard was sitting on a chair, it was someone's food and it was on floor like its a trash, i felt so bad when i saw this, so on that note service was not good other wise it was good.
Rate of hotel is 5 Star but service you will get for that is zero star. Room service time minimum of 30 mins after you call to reception for minimum 3 times. Breakfast menu is so large that you will be confused what to eat.
Very unprofessional staff.they don’t hear your requests and disconnect call without helping you out.not a place I’ll suggest to my friends and peers.horrible experience
It was clean, hygienic and they take good care of COVID related precautions. The staff is humble and polite. Food was good and they call you to ask your order prior closing for the day. The stay was nice.
Very late service, takes hours. Had to shift 3 rooms yet no working air conditioning in the month of August. Here at 1 AM waiting for a decent room with a working AC.
It's a 3 star hotel located at a beautiful place at Saket. The rooms are available at reasonable rates. However once Covid19 is completely over, may be rates will go high
Nice and clean hotel specially in this covid crisis. Highly recommend.
Giving 4 star out of 5 as when i asked them to give me restroom sleeper they started asking me to pay 70 bucks for it. Come on It’s included in amenities in a 3 or 4 star hotels. Overall good experience in budget.
The rating is not for "Saket 27", but the the area it exists in - SAKET, People here are So mean that even if the Vehicle Parked is not a problem they Puncher tyres
Overall a luxurious experience. The rooms are well furnished and very classy. The staff is nice and helps a lot. The food is really good, and you get complimentary breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily and is maintained very well.
A very good place to stay in Saket, especially for business tourists. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and humble. They provide free breakfast and wifi. Good food. My stay here was pleasant.
My stay here was average. I booked 2 rooms, the one room was ice cold and no one came to help us with the aircon. The breakfast was simple and tasty, however they didn't have any lunch or dinner options so we ordered in.
We had one day family booking at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. However, the hotel staff is very rude. Compared to the management, we found the bell boys to be humble and prompt. Breakfast area was full of mosquitos and hotel staff didnot even do anything after bringing it to their attention. What was more shocking was, when we checked out and came to take back our luggage, to the hotel, Mr. Deepak created a hassle coz we had the vehicle parked in the front for easy loading (ps. Nobody else had the problem, they were understanding the reason). Plus, there was no other vehicle on the porch, so its not like we were blocking the area any more than we should have.
Everything was perfect. Room food cleanliness washrooms but lack of service. No proper response from the team when called them. Internet issues. TV was not recharged and we had to call them everytime we use TV.or Wi-Fi and post that the request was ignored stating we will send someone. Then you have to remind them with another call. We called them four times for a small wifi/tv request. Horrible service provided. When booking, it stated hair drier provided but there wasn't any.
I certainly loved the hotel, food and room. It is spacious neat and clean. But the only thing which is very important for guests is the service.
Hope you guys take it positively and as an area of opportunity and improve it for your future guests.
A Budget Hotel best for transit or a day meeting. I personally disliked the Breakfast served. There were only 2 items. Can improve the services. Room Service Menu is too high and not worth. Room and ameneties are as good as a 2 star hotel.
