Hotel Stanley by Lord Grand

Hotel staff is very uncooperative. The food is very bland. The room service is just horrible. The staff is rude. Hotel is not worth four star. All other reviews are just fake from the staff itself. This doesn’t even deserve one star but I have no option other than putting one star if there was a review option with zero-star I’d gladly put it.my experience with this hotel was the worst among all Delhi hotels, specially the food and the staff attitude for not providing services. The amenities are next to none I do not recommend you this hotel at all, not worth the money fake rating

Worst stay I have ever experience. I am a frequent traveller. At the rate of Rs. 4500 there is nothing in room except a bed. Bathroom is full of water logging. When I complain about it twice after 2 hrs service came. Food is also worst and rate is high. Rooms are not sound proof that's why you can't sleep at night because anyone talking outside the can create too much noise. They can't provide a room sliper at the rate of 4500 rupees rent. Very worst hotel. I suggest everyone Please don't go for it.

Hotel Is Near to the airport, Rooms and bathrooms are good in shape and the service was ok.

Hotel is inside the Streets, parking there but very tough to park sedan car there.

It was a quiet place for a casual meeting. Not know more about rooms and all. Just there for business purposes.

One of the best hotels in Delhi. Spacious comfortable room with AC, fan and tidy beds. Huge bathrooms with high quality equipments.

Worst experience.bad food the cheif doesn't even the the right amount of salt to put in the meal and in my paneer he did even put a small amount of salt.also it has bad service.all over very disappointinh

It's a good place to stay for a while and one can walk to Delhi aerocity metro station which is around 1km from here.

My father and I booked a room and it was confirmed. We arrived at the hotel and were told it was not available, despite being confirmed and showing them the confirmation from them. Then we were told they are going to take us to another hotel around the corner instead. The taxi driver threw our luggage on top of his car without securing it, and started to drive off while my father was still getting into the car causing him to fall onto the ground. The other hotel tried to charge us over double the rate we had booked. The other hotel name is hotel paras. Please for your own good and safety, DO NOT STAY AT HOTEL STANLEY OR HOTEL PARAS IN AEROCITY. THEY ARE BOTH A SCAM.

Rooms are ok, but the rest not.
Staff was not helpful at all. When i asked for a Taxi they told me a price which is 10 times higher ghen the local one (i lived in India 6 years) i could also understand their gossip about me in Hindi. Not worth the money at all. Plates at breakfast were so dirty, that i did not eat anything.

Hotel rooms (supreme room type) were clean and tidy they can add more dishes for breakfast (though it is complimentary). I will definitely come next time

Please don't stay at this hotel. The service is worst ever I found and the dinner and breakfast are not hot and Roti was very hard and there was no hot water for bath

The rooms are good, service is good however food from their restaurant or hotel is not that up to the mark, very average taste. However rooms are well maintained and all the facilities there.

I paid Rs. 4000 per night at this hotel. I had to specifically ask them for towels. Water from showers stays on the bathroom floor as there is slope problem in the bathroom. I may not want to stay at this hotel again.

Stay at hotel Stanley was absolutely fantastic. The cleaning staff and hotel staff were very friendly and attended us very nicely. The food at hotel restaurant was very nice too.

Stayed there before taking a flight from Delhi airport. The location is very good. The area is nice. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. The bathroom is quite large. The food quality was good. The hotel staffs were really helpful and nice. The price is not so high if you look at the quality. So highly recommend this place if you want to stay close to the airport. They also arrange taxi to airport.

The stay was very pleasant. All the hotel staff was very courteous and hospitable. The condition of the room was very nice. The food was mouth watering. Although it was an amazing stay at the hotel.

1. Water gets accumulated in the bathroom. They don’t change the room even after requesting for n number of times.
2. Dirty linens
3. Rooms have irritating damp smell
4. Outdated AC
5. Non-cooperative staff

In short, it’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The water outlets have been so terribly planned that the water starts accumulating in the bathroom and staff isn’t concerned even if you complain.

Such a horrible experience in this hotel.i'll suggest that please don't book this hotel online. Room Quality and services was so poor. Smelly Bed sheets, food crockery was not clean properly.

Must accept that property is difficult to find.but focusing on positive things.we reached at some 1 AM.being sure that wont get any thing to eat at hotel at such a odd time.bt at reception when asked for meal.they offered both veg & non veg options.got garma garam dinner in room itself (5* for quantity & quality for 2 pax). Room n bed were neat & clean, AC working.room service was quick & professional.staff is polite & good. Morning buffet was also good with multiple choices. Property is good for solo travelers, couples & family as well. Over all very good experience in low budget & near by Airport.

Good place with reasonable price, but service was not satisfactory. They did not provide us tissue and sandals even after asking for several times.

Receptionists Gentleman was not normal. He made us move from room to room as he entered the room number by pen over several numbers. Parking not possible for buses as the road is very narrow in front

For the first time I got the room very nice and clean, the days of that time turned out to be good.

2 times when I went, all the covers of the room and the bed seat were very dirty, even then I took out 24 hours in the room, because I was tired while traveling.my skin is very sensitive, then if it is a place with dust or any darts, then the skin of the whole body starts to see big bulge of fat on the skin.
I had to say 5 to 6 times on the intercall to get the room changed, but no one heard from room change.seriously but I had to go special to see my skin, that I have started allergy due to darts.

Or say there that it will start growing, so give room as soon as possible. Then got another room, but that too was not clean, then the staff got the room cleaned quickly. So the second time due to very bad room, those days were not good.

The Rooms are really clean and spacious. The Location is also good. The airport and aerocity are close. I had ordered Fresh lime soda which to be honest was pathetic, so then could not even dare to order for food. The Room service people are too lazy. Called me like 5 times to confirm my order.

Overall if you just wish to stay, a big thumbs up.
Apart from that, i believe the hotel needs to review a lot of things.

Pathetic service, they prepare food by their own, not according to menu. You have to call many time to the reception for your needs as their staff is very lousy.

The rooms look great but service is horrible. The morning after we checked in they gave the entire breakfast buffet area out to a meeting and did not inform anyone; even when we ordered breakfast to our rooms it took over half an hour to arrive.

No laundry services were provided and when we asked for help, they only mentioned that they tried searching but could not do laundry.

Water provided was a cheap off brand and soap wasn’t properly replenished when we checked in, we had to argue to get an extra towel.

The place was such a disappointment as a hotel! The word "Cleanliness " has nothing to do with this property. The sign outside says "Anchorage". The bedding has seen much better days 25 years ago! The room had stinking smell of cigarette smoke. The only positive about this dump is the employees. All of them were helpful but the lack of training is visible everywhere.
As an average person I wonder how they managed to get so many good reviews!

Hotel is the best example for expectation VS reality.
From hotel entrance to lobby, lobby to elevator, elevator to corridor, corridor to room linen, floor, and bathroom very dirty.
Bed linen, towels and pillows were very old, dirty and smelly.

Staff were very creepy and solo stay for ladies can’t be.
I know I can’t expect 5star experience with this budget. But the basic cleaning and security least I can expect.but that also not.
I personally request and mention about cleaning but till 8.40 no one came for cleaning.

First of all, the hotel name is deceiving as you won't find the name lord grand written anywhere in this area. The name at the location is Anchorage. Pictures of this hotel give an impression of a great 3 star hotel but in real the rooms are not that good looking. It is surely better than oyo and fabhotel but not to the level of a good 3 star. Especially there are some cleanliness issues, bedsheets and pillow covers look unclean and there are mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Other than that the services were prompt and satisfactory. Food is bearable but does not fit right with the price. Overall, a decent option if you are looking for an affordable stay but don't expect a lot.

Normal place to stay for short visit. Reception staff was bit weird, didn't get good vibes if you encounter bad staff right at the front desk.

Decent rooms and service. Food was not bad but a bit overpriced. Its comfortable enough to spend sometime here waiting for your flight. Cant expect more for this price.

Very unreliable. Was travelling with family. They cancelled our booking and didn't even had the courtesy to inform us. Had to go around searching for hotels at the middle of night.

Hotel ambience was very pleasant. Also the staff was very humble and cooperative. Rooms are also up to the mark.

The place is okay for a short stay. I will not say bad, but not great as well. It was fine for the amount paid. We booked it just to get fresh up after a long flight and before reaching home in these covid times.

Someone was partying on the same floor, with drinks and loud music, and i guess there room was open. I was not feeling that much secure
Restaurant - the worst thing was there restaurant interior. The ceiling was kept rough with underground pipe fittings visible and had wire design.but, if anyone using washroom on the first floor then all those pipes had sound and that was yukkk. I couldn't even concentrate on breakfast served there.
As we had to spend few hours only, it was okay.

The stay was good. The rooms were clean and the staff was respectful. It is a very budget friendly hotel as well so I would recommend it if you’re coming with friends or in a group and wanna stay within budget and have an amazing experience at the same time:)

My experience at Hotel Lord Grand has been great and the staff here are very helpful the food wow it is very tasty they provided me special food the staff is nice and well behaved।The room was very clean, sleep was very good, I had breakfast on the bed in the morning, puri, boiled egg etc. The tea is also made right.
Overall, I would come here again!

I had extremely pleasant experience there. I had to catch a flight but booked a room at wrong date. When I visited there, my check out was already processed. I requested them to kindly change it as I booked it one day before due to mistake. They changed it to the day I went there. Such a great people they are. If you want a pleasant stay, go there. They're good.

The experience was very nice while staying at hotel Stanley. The staff was very quick in their response when it came to room service and folding. Hygienic rooms and necessary facilities such as AC, television, room lights and space was amazing. I'll surely recommend someone who want to stay in the hotel while visiting nearby places. The most important thing is the economy of the hotel, which is the ultimate USP.
