Absolutely worthless rooms. Half the things are broken. You get much better rooms at the price these people are asking for. Not recommended at all. The reception manager is as bad as the service goes

Great experience. Staff really nice and polite. Rooms re clean and if not as you want they fully clean it as you want.

Not as expected. U won't find the rooms as you see in the photos posted while booking the property. It is situated very interior and the area (Chuna Mandi - Pahargunj), is very much clumsy and very dusty. And nearby for people like us especially Vegetarian, there is no that Hygienic restaurants. Okay, but not too Good or not too Bad.

It is about 10 minutes walk from New Delhi Railway Station. It costs about 2,500 yen per night. If you just want to stay overnight, it is possible, but I do not recommend it. There are cockroaches every day, even if you make a reservation, you will be asked to cancel and hand over cash, there is no ventilation, it smells like dust, the pillows smell, and hot water only comes out occasionally. However, there are shops where you can drink alcohol around, and there is a nearest station other than New Delhi station, so it is convenient. It is not recommended for women and late at night to go to the hotel from New Delhi station on maps because it passes through a fairly narrow alley.
You may want to pay a little more and stay at a better place, or look for a cheaper place. Room service was available although it was expensive.

If you go near this place! PLEASE AVOID IT! We try to get a room in this place and the room was INCREDIBLY bad compared to the pictures, the wood was all broken down, the walls were dirty, so the pictures are probably from when they first open.years and years ago. Plus this owner was rude and not helpful, when we asked him to change the room. We left and look for a better place, because this was just Horrible, Please avoid!

Almost everything was bad.

The room: It wasn't very clean. The wood beside the bed was corroded.

The washroom: It was way too small. Not enough space to take bath unless you climb on the toilet seat. The tap was also not working properly. Leakage. It was dirty too.

The bed: The bed sheets weren't changed and were in fact dirty. There was human hair when I removed the blanket. Good thing we had our own blankets.

The pillow cover was equally dirty. I used my jacket as a cover on top of it for sleeping.

The premises wasn't that good. There were loud noises in the hallway and no hotel staff was around to check and suppress the noise.

Felt unsafe with family.

It was the worst experience. Staying at this property was a mistake. For the price this particular room is very small and it’s suffocating inside. The room door lock was broken and fixed with a double sided tape which was very bad as I was terrified of someone barging in. The area was inside and not accessible. The pictures are fake as it doesn’t look anything like those pictures.

The place is nice but service is bit slow and also there is no proper parking and rooms are good

मैन 12 अक्टूबर 2021 को OYO के माध्यम से होटल बुक किया। होटल के मैनेजर ने बुकिंग से अलावा 300 रुपये लिए ओर बुकिंग कन्फर्म की। होटल के बाहर किसी भी प्रकार की पार्किंग सुविधा उपलब्ध नही है। इस होटल के मैनेजर OYO के माध्यम से सस्ती बुकिंग करवाते है तथा बाद में अतिरिक्त पैसे लेकर Online की गई बुकिंग को कन्फर्म करते है। होटल के खाने की क्वालिटी बहुत खराब थी।

They have there rooms listed on OYO, we booked three rooms. When we reached the hotel they refused to give us rooms at the OYO price. Worst hotel, illiterate staff, looks like they dont have any experience in this business, dont know how to talk to customers, shamelessly refused us to give us rooms at OYO booking price. Dont go here its a nightmare they will ruin your day! They will give lot of coupons and discounts on OYO but they will refuse that price when you reach there.they will charge you a high price.

Worst experience ever, worst food services, worst room service and even worst water bottle service. The staaf take the phone of the customer and rating themselves. Worst hotel. Please don't waste your time and money to this place

Hotel is in very poor condition. I reached there at 1 at night, after asking for at least 10 times, they switched on the AC and again at morning 5 they switched off. Bathroom was in very poor condition, I think at least last 15 days there was no dusting. Cleanliness is no where available, for every thing they need extra tips.

Great location, our room was 3 star! Exceptional for the rate we paid. Staff very friendly, would certainly recommend staying here.you will not be disappointed.and we had an excellent everything!

Staff behaviour isn't good they don't have a mariners to talk to the guest nd bad service also.staff are cheap

Location is fine.
But the doors of the rooms are old, some are broken in 2nd floor.
I asked for room freshener, but the hotel staffs did not respond.
The reception is good, i am giving 5* for reception service, 4* for rooms.
There is flooding facilities available in the hotel. U can try dishes.
Electric ports are old, u have to carry a extention board. Although i m talking about my experience with 2nd floor. Overall the hotel is good, 4.5*

Food not good. I did not really like it. I cant understand why they cant serve hot water in a winter night. Not recommend.

Locationwise it is okay. But according to room tariff and other facilities they are charging more than normal.

Not a good place to stay. It is striving only because of uninformed non Indian people. Don't expect to get clean and fresh linen here. Rooms are smelly and stuffy and non ventilated. ACs do not work. One can find a far better place to spend a couple of days at same rate in same neighbourhood. Don't get fooled by all the review ratings online. It is mostly from people not from India.

Firstly not get deluxe room 2days booking, he give more than Rs. 2300, that's midnight. We have no other way we are slept without workings AC.room

The good thing is the staff - very helpful and very attentive.
However the rest is not that good. The place and the rooms are far from being clean, the facilities are in bad condition, the rooftop "restaurant" is actually two tables.
You definitely can find something better for the same money in that area!

Affordable and hygienic, but it's not vert easy to locate. Its inside Lane number 3, quite far from main road.

The receptionist person too rude for night duty, services too late, landline phone not working, ac remote closed, even after complaint to reception person got negative answer.

Want to not recommend anyone.

This has been my go to, budget friendly stay in Delhi for the past 4 years. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and hot water.

Very arrogant staff, I did my booking and it was confirmed but after reaching the place (it was 3.00 am in the morning), they just denied giving a room saying the hotel is full. I was so helpless, I got a hard time in finding a room. The thing is, they have rooms, staff were so lazy that they don't want to do any work at that time of hour. Very bad.

For 1/2 day stay, this hotel is very good. Stuffs are very friendly. Hot water is available. Food are available in reasonable price.

Inside the ring road, inner area of Chunamandi, but I like it for not been so much disturbed by the crowds outside on the nearbh road.
