The advertised photos of the rooms for this hotel are either false or taken from over a decade ago.

I booked this hotel thinking that I was getting a great deal—especially because it has received many stellar reviews—but I was enormously mistaken. I’m very skeptical to the raving reviews being offered about this property.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very unclean. There’s a lot of mildew on the curtains and in corners. The ceiling to the shower is open and looks as if something might fall on you.

The food was very unpleasant and the sheets were stained and dirty. I checked in near midnight so there was no other option for me to switch to—otherwise, I would’ve.

I also faced an issue of them being deceitful about the Agra tour. They charged me almost double the actual cost, paid the tour company and pocketed the rest. Please note that the Agra tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort should be no more than 900 rs.per person (even cheaper online). Also note that it leaves at 6: 30a and returns at 3: 30a (in the middle of the night). I was not informed of the tour going to many other places and I was stuck having to go.

When I confronted the hotel’s owner the next day, he refused to give me back the amount that they unfairly took. He spoke rudely and condescendingly.

I ended up having to involve the police and I was finally given back the money that they tried to pocket. It wasn’t about the money but the principle.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the service staff was very polite and accommodating.

This is the worst experience of stay in Delhi. Very poor service.despite i intimated that i have to check out early in the morning the hotel was not able to serve breakfast (included in tariff) till 9: 15 am.the same was ordered at 8 am, due to which i have to left hotel without breakfast. Disgusting service.

Location is very poor, rooms are smelling, wrost food, the pics on site will misleads you.be careful in choosing.hair dryer is not working.not a living place again

Room was okay. Bathtub was broken. It was moderately fine. Not good not bad. Food was a little overpriced. Location is a bit off as the area is prone to pickpockets

Dirty rooms. It's a very old property. The AC was not working. Room service was very slow. Took 30-40 mins to get one plate. Refused to replace glasses in the room. Staff was rude also despite such bad services.

Had a fantastic experience at the hotel, staff and managers treated me like family, helped me with reservations to see the Taj Mahal, also gave free amenities at times, bed was super comfortable and appreciated when I needed the rest (got sick a couple days and it helped with recovery), hot water they explained you need to ask them to turn on 10 minutes before taking the shower as the heating is externally sourced but if you left them know before taking the shower is no problem.

Had great food at the hotel with indian dishes, western food, even Chinese food!

Hotel was clean and in a good location by the main Dehli train station, would come back again!

Located 2kms from new delhi railway station. Service was good. Room was in good condition. Food quality was ok ok.

Good experience, very co operative staff.especially Minaben and Razakbhai. My son played and enjoy for playing pool game. Food is also very tasty. We came first time in Delhi, they proper guide us for visiting places and tours.thank you.

I recently stayed at Uppal International hotel and I must say that I had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, and they made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. A special mention to Ms. Meena ji and Mr. Raza ji who were very courteous throughout my stay at this wonderful hotel. The first words from them was "feel at home" and that's what it was.

The room itself was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a great view of the surrounding area. The room was also quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The restaurant had a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from.

The hotel also had some great facilities, including a snooker table. I took advantage of the facilities during my stay and found it to be entertaining and mind-relaxing and unwinding after a long day of shopping and sightseeing.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Uppal International hotel. The staff, food, and facilities were all excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Worst hotel ever, paid the hotel online but they refused to give us the room they gave us a c grade guest house inst

I want to start of by saying the uncle and Untie at the morning check-in are nice (the manager who is from Mumbai) the two day managers are not good. They boss there staff around and he was being very angry to me when I asked about the hot water and lied and said if I want hot water for 24 hours it will be 3500 ruppees extra, like what?

The day managers play on there phone and play pool. This isn’t a good look. I had to ask 5 times for my hot water to be turned on, and on the 5th time he got angry at me.

Anyways, the old untie and uncle (from Mumbai) is good. The other two day manager is not.

Awesome Hotel. Hotel Manager behaviour is so nice. Service of the hotel is up to the mark.

Satisfied by all the services. The food was delivered on time and tasted yummy. The room was okay but a bit dark but not too much. Mattress and pillow was dirty and smelled like someone just recently used it. Asked for a room with 2 beds but they provided a single bed room. It's located in the heart of delhi so going to other places from here is way too easy. Staff are available 24/7 if any help is needed. Recommended!

One of the worst hotel experience.
Cons.
1. Extremely poor maintained wc. Fittings were old and dirty.
2. Food is super expensive and tasteless.
3. No hot water for bath.
4. Toilet flush was broken they don't bother repair the same.
5. Bedsheet were dirty.
And list goes on.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone this is totally scam.

AVOID AT ANY COST!
Really really bad experience.
I booked through cleartrip. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that they do not have any booking although I had paid online the whole money to avoid the chaos at the hotel. Actually they did not inform cleartrip that the rooms are sold out upon arrival we got to know that the rooms are sold out. The receptionist even asked us how much money did we pay online, he told us none of the rooms wer available and asked us to leave

Service of the staff was excellent, food was delicious, and location was close to every center

Rooms are good but they do not have cleaning at all, they use same mop in bathroom first and then use the same mop in the room. Washroom is always full with water on the floor and they do not even provide wiper because they have only 2 wipers in their hotel. Pillows have so bad smell and they have turned brown but they cover them with the pillow covers. Curtains have enormous amount of dust in them, looks like they are not cleaned since ages. Kettles and cups that were provided in the breakfast were not properly washed or were not washed at all. Also They have written that parking is available but its not.

Location is fine - near Pahadganj (New delhi railway station)
But the hotel is not a decent one, if you're looking for professional behaviour with a lot of privacy.

Go for another one, You'll have to pay more for that but this is just for one night stay.

More than that - look for some better options
