Extremely worst. We found a glass piece in food, staff is co operative, owner is arrogant and didn't took care for the incident.
Don't go we regretted staying

Stayed here for two days on the occasion of Mehndi n Haldi celebrations of my niece. Excellent hospitality.

I have booked it for my dad retirement eve, and it was so beautifuly managed by the team and specially grewal sahab,
They arranged every thing which i asked for be it the camera person or the less oil cooked food!

Worst rooms and AC is not working. Pathetic hotel and don't pay them more than Rs. 500 for room as dormatry is better than his rooms. They spend all the money on water fall which never fall

Booked a room for tonight and submitted keys by driver at 8 pm and reception guy at 9: 30 pm is saying that your room has been checked by him without any confirmation coz he didn't think there is no need of confirmation from booking person and now not ready to give room key as alloted room to someone else. Highly irresponsible behavior of reception staff

Couch in my room was very poor, it was hollow I.e no one can sit on it. Rest of the things were good, they provided heater in winter.

Thank you for your time and gracious hospitality. It was such a fantastic place for my colleagues and me. Thanks again for doing everything you could to make us feel at home. We would love to visit you again

Staff service was really slow
Had to ask for the small things like water, wifi password, hot Tap water for 4-5 times
Pathetic service in room
Firstly I booked a luxury room and they had given to me a base category room
Later when I asked for the room I booked then they delayed it for 20 mins
After when I saw the room
That room was not as shown in the pictures
And also the mattress was so in bad condition that the wires from the mattress was coming out

Really a pathetic experience with hotel waterfall
I recommend nobody should book this hotel

One of the best hotels in terms of service, hospitality, care and attention for customer. It was a great experience for the whole family and every function was done according to what was decided at the time of booking. Special thanks to Manpreet, Rupinder and the manager in the hotel was a totally amazing experience.

We booked the whole hotel for my wedding. The management and staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special for our whole family. The food was amazing! Not even one complaint from any of our guests. The manager was very accommodating and with us throughout the occasion. It felt like I was at home. Thank you team Waterfall! You folks were amazing!

Dirty and damage bed sheet they are using discarded linen. No water supply in rooms for RO water they are using used water bottles dirty bathroom no fridge in the room
