Got a naino plastia hair treatment, but my hair diddnt got straight as they mentioned
To compensate they called me for hair spa but it didn't effect much and even I paid 2000 for my spa
Then they keep of dodging our phones and no response from them

I got my hair spa treatment and my wife got nano plastia treatment. I specially came from Noida for nano plastia for my wife and they welcomed me to try hair spa. TThe services are so good that I even recommended my family members in paschim vihar. The owner herself is so knowledgeable and staff us amazing.must visit!

I go to this place for all my salon services and the experience is great. Also, i recently visited them for nano plastia treatment for my hair and i can't be more satisfied with the results.

Worst nightmare for anyone. I went to this salon on 30th Oct 2022 to get the straight therapy done. I spoke to the manager who actually has no knowledge at all about which service a customer should go as per the condition of the hair and he was really pushy.

After my discussion with the hair stylist Ayaan, we agreed to get the hair therapy done. They use Schwarzkopf products which I doubt was genuine. It took like 5 hours in the treatment and I was told to come back after 3 days for the wash. After two days I realised that my hair aren't even straight and there are waves in my hair. I shared this with the hair stylist who took it so casually and said it will be alright. I had my hair wash that day and I came back home half heartedly as I was not at all happy with the service. After two days I again went to the salon and shared my concern that my hair look dead and they are not straight at all, the hair stylist said it is fine and when I didn't agree he did the straight therapy treatment on the front hair. I told him this will burn my hair and he said nothing is going to happen.

My hair are damaged by the 2nd procedure done by the stylist who doesn't know anything about hair science. I paid 5k to these people so they can burn my hair.oh btw this is not the first time. I went there last year too to get the hair treatment done and the same thing happened last year.

Dear Aparna, you said you are going to call me? I understand you and your team has no empathy as it is not only money I wasted here, I wasted my time, 3-4 days to fix my hair which is the worst nightmare rightnow. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I recently visited the House of Rouge having a wonderful experience! I wanted to get my greys covered with settled fly aways and managable hair. Aparna, with her team of hair dressers suggested the the hair colour that will suit my complection. So I got my global hair colour and Nano plastia done. They were great advisers as I was a little sceptical of having hairfall and hair thinning. But I am actually quite relieved and satisifed with the service. They actually show you all the products that they apply (unlike many other salons).

Hi Everyone, i am posting my review after not even a month from the last service i took from House of Rouge (HoR).

HoR team - please dont say that you cannot find me in your customer list or contacts as I see that as your common excuse to run away from complaints (I do have screenshots of Chat with the owner and payment screenshots).

So i had a hair cut in past from this salon and that was just okay and this time i decided to go for a hair colour.they asked me to pay 6500 and after negotiations owner herselft offered me Nails Extensions along with my hair colour.
I wanted melting balayage, they told me that you have heena in your hair hence the colour can varry, i understood and agreed for everything. Post the hair colour had some disconnects with the hair colour and they did corrected next day.now coming on to nails extensions - lady at reception Aparna clearly told me there is nothing we can offer in nails. I told her that owner herself offered me this in front of my husband. Owner was sitting inside her cabin- Gunjan Chugh and did not even tried to come out and clear this.

So post the arguments we left the Salon.
Now not even a month i have start getting grey hairs like anything.may b they have used expired or local products in my hairs.

So people wake up and do not come in owners “chikni chupdi” talks… when they want a customer they can do anything and when it comes to return back they will not even recognise you.

They are not less than scammers.

Pathetic services! I got a hair spa done from here and got such a bad allergy. I don’t know how authentic their products are and when my daughter gave her the feedback, she deleted the comments on Instagram and is not replying. I have allergy all over my face, neck and scalp. It’s so bad and disappointing! Worst services ever and even worse customer support!

I booked her as my wedding make up artist and she couldn't make my day worst. A day before the wedding I was told that the nail artist isn't available and I will be given stick on nails. I was late for my roka and engagement whereas I reached to her salon at 12 on my engagement since i wanted to get ready by 4 but till 5: 30 my half things weren't done. Dupatta was draped so badly and was looking pathetic. Makeup on my nose kept sweating away in the weather of November. Lips on wedding day were blunder my lipstick was all on my upper lip n I was looking like a Clown. Though hair were done nicely by Jack.

Such bad services. The worst thing is the client servicing and the owner is so rude, she does not know how to talk to her clients. I will never recommend it to anyone.

It was worst experience they destroyed my hair line, I recommend you don't ever visit this salon.

I have been to this salon quite a few times earlier too but today for the first time I had visited them for a couple of services to redeem a GIFT voucher of Rs. 2200 that I had received from a friend. After I told her that I had a gift card, she said there’s a minimum value of Rs. 4000 on which it can be redeemed which is so unusual because that completely defeats the purpose of a GIFT! But this apparently is their policy and no such condition is mentioned on the card.
I would never recommend anyone to gift their closed ones this voucher if you really want to give someone a ‘gift’! This is no way of running a business. One should mention it in advance. It wasn’t something complimentary or a discount, it was a gift for which they had already received the money.
What a nice way to fool your customers!

Horrible experience. Booked my pre bridal package with them. They use cheap quality products. The waxing causes acne all over my body just a month before my wedding. They forced me to make the entire payment before the last seating and then eventually refused to provide a service on the last day (even though they agreed in writing that they would). They gave me a random homemade pack and they called it body polishing. Absolute waste of money. Would never go back to this place and would never recommend this salon to anyone! I wouldn’t even give them one star.

It was a pretty good experience. I went there for a haircut and I am fully satisfied. The money they charge is totally worthy.
