Do Not Recommend Carpenter Service From Housejoy. They are too much costly. Not worth it. For Half and Hour Repair work they charge 1700 Rs. It is better to hire carpenter from outside for a whole day in less than this.

Added one star because zero wasn't an option.
I booked a deep cleaning service and no technician showed up for two days straight.
Customer experience was shoddy - I called up 5 times in 2 days and each time I was told the technician is coming.
Upon my last call, I was finally told that the issue had been escalated and service is booked for 2 days later.
Ended up cancelling and would never ever use again.

Total Rippers! Vendor tries to charge me 600 rs where the actual cost was 177 rs for the visit. On questioning why he agrees to take 177rs. No work was done as he had to get an electrical part which he now says he couldn’t find and has cancelled the service with Housejoy with no prior information.
