श्रेष्ठ Housing Development में Delhi समीक्षा

I have been visiting this place since my childhood and I never get bored. Now they have come up with food fests that keeps it a happy and fun place to be at.

Dlf tower is big building in okhla phase 1, it has gud space for offices and there few companies who have setup office in the building, parking space is available and very spacious. Only drawback is this building is surrounded with slum area.

Very big with a variety of plants with beautiful flowers and man-made water dance arrangements

Nice but fast and crowded.
Lots of students moving around.
Costly to live here.

Nice and clean society however a little congested when it comes to parking for outsiders car.

Nice place to have home since floor areas are not that big and prices are at higher side. But small society and DDA flats gives edge on loan and negligible rwa fees.

Narrow streets, mostly families and students who are preparing for government exams live their (as there are coaching near Nehru Vihar)

DDA flats. Neighbourhood is good. Nice place to rent or buy a house just not spacious enough.

One of the best market in dwarka. Must visit ramphal chowk got everything a maket should have shopping, food, clothes.you name it we got it.

Safety is major concern, theft incidents have started over period of time over here.

Not a very good place. All streets are in pity condition even sewer overflow in some area. Roads are in pity condition. Water problem.so many shops here even in 40% houses. So many noiece of tractor trolly and street wenders all the day and by tractor...

Very bad construction of the society.

Too much politics and hatred among members of the society.

Among Delhi's best colonies because it is in a model town and the area is a very safe community hall, mother dairy, school, hospital, parks everything is here greenery area.

Co cooperative staff neat and clean area. Supportive on ground mates. I loved it

Its only a few days since i checked in, everything has been fine till now. Full time security and specific parking slots are always peace of mind. The only drawback being the outside doesn't look as plush as one would have preferred.

Near Ring Road to police station's ar function in the premises RK Puram And South Campus

Nice and open apartments.
Full parking space.

Swings are also in the park.
