HP PETROL PUMP - ASSOCIATED SERVICE STN SN MRG & CNG

I am Regular Customer of CNG, Company Fitted CNG in my Car so i have to reverse the car to nozzle point.on 24th 2nd time During reverse Staff was not stopped Bike and bike came accidently back of car. I escape from accident but when I asked the person who was standing form fueling my car he rudely reply to me " this is not my Job" When i said this is second time, he arguing me.earlier one of executive has collected Rs. 100 extra.all of staff from fueling point try to collect extra money even after complain to Uncle (Owner of Petrol Pump". After several minutes arguments Manager come and not even try to understand he said " kuch hua to nahin". When i said it's 2nd time i escape from accident than the fueling staff directly to blame that time i was not in queue than manager Believed on him and blame me i was not in queue.i was surprised to see this.all this happen on 24 June 2024 Around 7: 30 PM. I left Petrol Pump Without Fueling Done.i am Daily traveling from noida Sector 144 to Punjabi Bagh and everyday Alternate-day i was visiting for fueling Since last 2 Years, I can Show you Credit Card Statement as a proof, Rs. Monthly 5000-6000 taking CNG from here. Now I have to choice to Stop Going there due to behavior of Staff as well as Manager.

Put in petrol after I told them multiple times it's diesel and after that told me diesel engines work better on petrol, when I started shouting is when they called a mechanic to drain it and even after I had to pay the mechanic and for the wrong fuel

The employees do not even help in the case of emergency, I went there today and employees denied to fill the fuel
And said: we cannot fill it go find somewhere else to get the pertol

Quick refill the petrol.in some pumps there is a slow staff and long queue.but here staff is very good and fast also

Good place to fill fuel, near to the bridge. They have laxmi travel agency office here. Basic amenities, like restroom, snacks and beverages available.

It's located at a very good place just opposite ISBT and on the corner of the road which leads towards Raj Niwas.

Staff is polite and helpful. Good Service.

Keep ur eyes on petrol pipe instead of screen.zero may be not imp but petrol coming from pipe is

I always used to wonder why the petrol pump next door has more cars coming in. I discovered when I went here a couple of times. The service is dissapointing, you have to wait many minutes before someone comes to service you (diesel section). This is like a government office. They really need young people.
