Really bad experience.my laptop had some issues and i went there, they checked it and never gave a proper response the guy who is a so called engineer told me that they will check it and do service with a charge of 1500 to find what the issue is.after two days of my laptop service it had a heating issue that was never there before the service they are very careless while handling the laptops and doesnt even know how to behave properly, they didnt even gave a proper bill or a report i had to trust what they are saying as i am not a techno expert.i had to ask for the bill again and again please go somewhere else with your laptop or any gadgets if you want a good service.suggestion for the company is to appoint skilled staff in order to maintain customer relationship

Many times it happens that if you ask anything more than once, then some people get irritated, and they r one of them.

It was a pleasing experience to visit the store and the thing that attracted me most was the behaviour of the staff whom I met there. Arun bhaiya was phenomenal and so much warming. Surely I got the best deal at least here in Delhi️

They would charge any price for service which they won't tell you earlier and ask you to give cash or upi for simple software update

Very bad experience and staff behaviour is so rudely. And when you buy Item from here, after that you call them, then they do not pick up the call.

Excellent advice by Mr. Virender Rana in selecting best laptop basis my requirement. Do ask for him when you go to the HP showroom

I got a really good deal in hp world kmla nagar outlet. Arun there helped me to choose the Laptop according to My requirements.

Recently visited to buy a laptop, the staff is quite humble (Mr. Arun Arora). Must visit the store if looking to buy HP products, won't be disappointed.

Purchased HP laptop today from here. Got best deal here after searching four locations. Extremely good service i will definitely recommend other to buy any of hp product.

Utmost unprofessional, pathetic and rude staff. They befool customers and charge unreasonably high prices (much higher than HP's official website prices as well as other offline centers' prices). Worst experience ever. Seems that its not an authorized center.
