Today I went to this store to get my screen replaced. I’m very sure that they do fraud with people, a saleboy name Sahej always make other commitments and then1st time when I confirmed my product he stopped, talked to someone then gave me other quotation, when then I confirmed then he again talked to someone over call then gave me another quotation. Post that when we asked for authenticity of their product they started making different verbal promises. But no hard proof. Post that he didn’t entertain us and went off by saying “aise ni hoga bhaia”, thats it. Clearly it was seen that he wanted some extra cash (commission) for his pocket apart from the amount to be paid. He kept saying that I’ll give u at lesser amount by getting the screen from somewhere else, give me sometime and what not. I’ve been to this store 6-7 months earlier also to buy original charger. And then also he gave the same excuses and multi quotations for under the table money. I highly recommend everyone whosoever goes here be-aware of such incidents.

For screen replacement of HP replacement they fooled us twice. Guy name is Vishal at Pitampura store and he claimed he would be putting original HP screen. The screen quality was so bad he replaced it again which was also not original. Eventually I had to visit original HP store in Rajouri where they did expected and orderly replacement. In this course I lost money to K P Infotech. I still have proof wherein Vishal requested me to return my old screen. In future I would buy and seek services directly from HP instead of such cheaters.

This is the Worst Experience I have evey had in this shop.
I went for Keyboard Replacement buy they were very rude and misbehaving, Also told to go somewhere else and they did not did anything.

Very disappointing with the behaviour of store's staffs, recently I bought a laptop which caused problem soon after a day. I made them aware about this. Instead of solving my query they started arguing me. Don't waste your money.please.

One of the worst HP Stores who just misguide people for some money.
I recently bought a new laptop, and after 20 days there was some issue with the system. I accepted there can be system failures and thus I took the laptop to this store.
Now comes the best or I should say the funny part. The people at the store says that warranty only cover's Hardware Issues and not Software issues. And in my case, they need to re-install the windows which will cost me mere Rs. 700.
And they also warned that if you take it to the service centre, there you'll end up paying double because of various taxes and higher cost.
I just wonder how a person running a renowned store can sell his dignity for some Rs. 700 by making such lies.

SERIOUSLY BAD SERVICE. I HATE THIS STORE HERE. MR. RAVI TOLD ME THAT THERE IS ON GOING OFFER GOING FOR 3 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN OF LAPTOP @999. BUT AFTER SELLING JUST DENIDE FOR THAT & I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS KIND OF WORDS FROM HIM.
