Lured us into getting an extended RAM with a Victus claiming original HP product. Didn’t have any doubts. Went ahead. The laptop kept giving troubles with multiple HP support visits. Finally, after about a year, a support executive identified possible issue with the Ram and removed it. Using since 1 month now. Problem resolved.

Clearly, a case of fraudulent overselling to tremendous detriment of the HP brand and innocent customers who visit a ‘brand store’ with a degree of trust, free of doubts - for carefree shopping.

On 8 june 2023 i purchase hp laserjet 1020w ink tonner. They gave me tonner on mrp price of 1700rs but in hp world website it shows 1534rs including all taxes. When i request to gave me the bill of the tonner hp staff says they will send on my watsapp number. But no bill i got on watsapp.

It is the authorized dealer of HP. After-sale service is pathetic, they always think of making money once you encounter any after-sale issues.

Worst Hp Showroom I have ever been too. They give you false information and staff has very bad behavior. They even don't have the manners to ask customers. Argues with customer. I will highly recommend not to visit and purchase anything from here. Arrogant and angry staff members.
