Hunger Strike

It’s a nice food outlet situated in the corner facing market. They don’t have a dine in space but there’s no transport access there so you can easily eat on stands. Personally speaking, I tried their Tandoori Paneer Momos and it was well cooked and nicely stuffed but didn’t liked the last much. I had better at bit cheaper price. But, overall it was nice and there multiple outlets so if you feel like you could try somewhere else also.

A little overhyped place to eat, food is good so do other stores around, a bit over priced, and in the day time mostly you'll get the sunrays directly and get hot, waiting que is sometimes long too

The filling was good but the outer layer of momo's weren't cooked properly, changed it two times, had to shout on them them only they rectified their mistake. Despite of giving us a new plate of momos, it wasn't feeling fresh and wasn't warm enough. A total waste of money.

Must try their Afghani malai momos and classic steamed momos.
They were too good and really worth the price.

Overhyped. Take half (if only you're compelled to eat there), it is very difficult to eat full. Worst filling.

I don't know why people are crazy for momos from Hunger Strike. It was truly disaster. I ordered tandoori momo and the gravy was tasteless and was rotten.

Here tandoori momo and the malai chaap is one of the best I have ever had.

Amazing for Tandoori momos, a must try. Kurkure momos are not that good. Just try Tandoori momos from here and on the road across try their Paani Puri, it's amazing.

Have placed an order via swiggy for paneer tandoori momos. And they were a disaster. Really disappointed ️ by their food service.

The place is located in amar colony, Lajpat Nagar. This was the 1st outlet they have opened. They are the pioneer of tandoori momos for a fact.
This place doesn't offer any sitting or any table which is a drawback.
They have good variety in there menu from momos to shakes.
I personally ordered tandoori veg momos.
The taste was fine but I found Items to be bit overpriced.
This place is usually crowded in evenings and one has to wait around 15 to 20 mins to get their Items ready.

Absolutely amazing, the chicken tandoori momos are beyond words. The bubblegum mojito is heaven. Leave whatever you are doing and just board onto the metro to south delhi

Worst kind of food. I don't know why people throngs there for food. Most of the crowds are newcomers who hardly repeats. Over priced. I tried on 3 occasions but failed to get impressed by taste of their food

It has always been great here. The famous tandoori momo, biryani, soya items all are delicacies. Please excuse the routine kiosks and shops nearby if you looking to taste the original one.

It is just highly overrated. The restaurant according to me has lost its old taste. The momos and the rolls are not as tasty as they were a couple of years ago.

Its so tasty and yumm.i like it visit them for next trial soon. We order half for 2 peopl nd received only 5momo so tumyful and craving piece. Piece are very big and chutney also very tasty

The quantity is ample, even half plate can satisfy one's hunger.along with momos their cold coffee is a delight.considering the price cold coffee is rich and aromatic.recommended for all the coffe lovers

Lost its authenticity and quality, it's just unhealthy and tasteless now. Last time I ate here, I suffered food poisoning.

Hunger strike so known place of amar colony. But I visited after a long time, to have tandoori momo. But unfortunately the taste isn't same it has gone bit down. Moreover looking forward to get that taste back. Else the place, The staff, And the vibe everything is good. Must try

One of the best south indian food hub in Lajpat Nagar locality. Only thing that bothers is hygiene of store was poor. Lot of mess near dining area. N fridge that is kept near tables are yukkkk. Only good thing is food which is really awesome. Better order food n have it on the tables kept outside of ahop

It is a very very over ratted places the taste of momos was awful. It use to be good but currently they are not doing good job in terms of quality and taste

Hunger strike is just over rated. Cost is higher and tasteless. Rather in Amar colony you may get better taste than Hunder stike on adjacent shops.

I went there a weak before nd tasted momos. It wasnt at all good.price is little bit on higher side. Nd the most annoying thing was the attitude of the person who was taking the order. Completely dissapointed

My experience in Hunger strike was good,
the momo's were very crisp and tasty filled of flavours.
My suggestion to the owner is to arrange more high tables to accommodate all the customers.

It used to serve the best Tandoori Momos but the quality has deteriorated. The Franchise of this head branches are also not maintaining quality. Though the sales are very high and there is a lot of waiting at this Amar colony joint. Must try once for people who love Momos. But going there just to have tandoori Momos is a waste of time and money.

Decent food quality and taste, but poor service and extremely rude staff. This is based on multiple visits to the place.

Hunger strike has many outlets open in Delhi, I went to their Amar colony branch which is the original place where they started the chain.the tandoori momos are really famous here.since the place is very much famous so u will find a huge crowd in even and specially during weekends.

Recently went there and we ordered veg tandoori momos, chicken tandoori momos, Malai chaap tikka and chicken seekh roll.

1. Tandoori momos - They were simply amazing whether veg or non veg.if u eat chicken then go for that.
2. Malai tikka- It was good, tasty, perfect for chaap lovers
3. Chicken seekh roll- it was average, didn't like that much.

Overall hunger strike serves the best tandoori momos, nice place to hang out, seating arrangements a bit issue.will visit again for sure ️

This place in amar colony market is a must visit.visited this place with my sister and i loved it.they have variety of rolls, tandoori momo's and chaaps.my favorite is paneer roll, tandoori momos and afghani chaap.only problem they have a huge waiting.so if you are super hungry and have no patience then this place is not for you.quality, quantity of the food is good. They don't have any sitting facility, you can either take away or they have tables.

Nice place. After hearing lot about this place i decided to visit amar colony and seriously if you are momos lover then this place i must visit. I tried their chicken momos they serves with the little gravy.taste was mind blowing. Definitely visit here again. Taste is totasly flat give 5 out of 5.

They make you wait 40-50 minutes for a small thing like Momos. Extremely poor and slow and disorganized

If you want to taste delhi's best tandoori momos then this is the right place. Well there is no sitting but a comfortable place to eat. Also, you will find other shops nearby. Eg- CCD, keventers, general store etc.

Bit over rated. Momos are ok, if one is nearby then he/she can try. But not worth it to go all the way!

Excellent place to eat tandoori chicken momos, mutton rolls, chicken shawarma roll, chilli potato roll. My all time favourite is chicken tandoori momos served with chilli sauce, mint sauce, grilled onions and mayonnaise. Amazing combination of sauces go well with momos.

The food taste has really gone down. Tried chicken shawarma which had lot of salt. Chilli potato roll was sweet, didn't like it either. And tandoori Momo's we're not too great. It used to be excellent a couple of years back. It is not worth visiting the place all the way from your home now.

It has variey of momos and quality is good too, but they lack of wheat momos which i think they should add in their menu!
