I acquired a Hyundai Creta in 2022, investing my hard-earned money for the sake of comfort. Unfortunately, my experience took a distressing turn after just 9 months of ownership. A persistent cranky noise emanated from my vehicle’s hood, prompting me to visit my local Authorized Dealer, KY Hyundai. Hyundai dragged on for an excruciating 6 months, during which my vehicle was painstakingly disassembled, with virtually every component requiring repair or replacement. Astonishingly, I was informed that the entire engine assembly needed replacement, a proposition I vehemently contested. Regrettably, I found myself in possession of a defective vehicle, and my ordeal extended beyond mere mechanical issues. I endured physical and emotional distress as I was subjected to assault, humiliation, disregard, cheating, threats, and outright ignorance by the workshop personnel at KY Hyundai and certain individuals associated with HMIL.
Y you guys are not even responding on call. I tried to call at Gurugram office and at Jasola also but no one is answering the calls. I wish to register a complaint regarding your pathetic customer service. Do let me know how can we connect.
I am very disappointed with Hyundai support after I raise a safety complaint regarding my vehicle Hyundai Venue. The car is with service centre - Hyundai Punalur, Kerala and the south India office is not responding to my queries. I have left with no option other than taking legal action and consumer court etc.
This is one of the best corporate offices I have seen in India. Modern building with all the facilities. The management has done well with green options. Eco friendly and huge space for staff and visitors as well. Strict SOP norms to prevent Corona. Smiling staff ready to co-operate.
मैन्युफैक्चर इंजन प्रोबलम होने पर भी नई कार नहीं दी और ना ही अभी तक स्थाई समाधान किया है । कार का इंजन अभी भी खराब है सही करके दे । अन्यथा कंज्यूमर कोर्ट से नई कार की मांग की जायेगी। रीजनल ऑफिस और कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करके परेशान हो गया ।कोई सुनवाई नही । रिजनल ऑफिस वालो को पैसा चाहिए रिसवत में जो मैंने मना किया तो मेरी कार सही करने के लिए मना कर दिया
We have booked creta on 29th Dec from Trident Hyundia in Banglore & we have been asked to pay more than minimum booking amount to get our car delivered in 2 months. Now inspite of paying its been more than 3 months we have not got car. Each time we call showroom person says they have no update from production. I have pathetic & worse experience with Trudent Hyundia. You guys just fool people & nothing else. Dont ever go for Hyudndia. If you take reviews seriously & value your customer then provide assistance immediately.
Very Bad Service I have booked Creta E Diesel black variant on 22th August with Rs 30000 advance booking amount, at the time of booking dealer Punj Hyundai Gagret HP assured me that car will be delivered within one month, but now to be approx three month I have not received my booking car. Dealer give fake commitment in every call/time, they deliver. I think dealer have delivered my car to any other person for his personal benifit. Or if not sent by Company that means Hyundai is give very bad service to customers. If I don't get my booking within 10 days then I go to consumer court. And want my money back with interest.

I never took the delivery of my car hundai venue sx o and the sales person mr tushar jagtap and madhuri mam get disbursed loan amount from finance company without any intimation and never provide the expected product to me till date and i am baring emi from last 3 month and they used customers money.and i am having loss of 1lac rs bcz of this kind of chaters but they dont care of customer and they just want to sell their car and cheat people and complete their target.finally today i hv cancle the car and get huge loss thanks panchavati hundai for the best service.best of luck panchavti hundai for future endeviours and cheating customer. Never buy from this dealer.

Hi i brought the hyundai venue sx desiel model 3 monghs ago, i am facing air noice between 80-100 speed. When i check with service manager they are telling this is manufature defect for all vehicles. Who buy the venue vehilce check your vechile once, They are not clearing my problem till now please my suggestion is dont choose venue vehicle.
Went with my cousin to buy i20 car. I was Surprised with the service of Hyundai employees, they were very helpful in the entire process of buying. With Easy down payment and car is yours.
It is very disappointing to have such kind of services from Hundai. We have been following up for invoice for our Hundai vehicle from last six months as we have relocated to a new city and need to pay tax.

I don't know why you guys are selling cng cars if you can't service or install them properly. Every 5000km ylcar rpm goes up n down and car goes off. Your sevice engineer says you need to ger your car service every 5000km and some n filters will be cleaned.why did you not mentioned that i need to service my cae every 5000km. Also engine check light scanning agency cgarging 500 rs. Why are you looting customers? I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy your cars
Worst company giving priority for service centers not for customers. In KUN Hyundai service centers they are not maintaining even small spares for this they are keeping vehicles for days together. No vigilance by company. The HYUNDAI Company is under the hands of private service centres
Surprised to see one of the second largest automobile companies lacks proper customer support in India there isn't any portal for self care customer login like other countries for Hyundai do. Website is useless the toll free nos.on customer care website is switched off for nonpayment of bills voice message says, no response for mails either, this is about customer relationship not complaints.if customers facing issues God only can help.
I had got a newly registered Hyundai i20 from hyundai's authorized dealer (MGF Hyundai Alleppey, kerala) 2 months back. The dealership sold me the new vehicle to me withholding and hiding the fact that it had some engine problems. The car broke down after I drove it for less than 100 km. The dealership took the car in thrice for repairing but nothing was repaired. Now when I try to contact the manager of the showroom, they don't return my calls. The sales people and the whole management did not disclose the fact that the car had all engine problems and cheated me into buying it.

After 3 months I didn't get my car registration I had to know the libre did fraud to us.
