Fraud people, just charging as much as one can exploit from a customer after disassembling your vehicle. It may happen after opening your vehicle they can say 'we can't repair your vehicle, take it anywhere you want ' also told me that changing my car's break shoe will take minimum 1.5 months. One can imagine their service.
I am using services of Safdarjung Service station since 2018, I am quite satisfied. From genuine parts, service & tyre balancing all facilities under one roof. Shri Madan, manager of this station is very polite person who promptly responds your query and take care of detailing. & Above all they are masters of car cleaning, highly recommended.

I asked for a quote for servicing my car. I got a quote if INR 8600+. Why would I give that when credible services are being given at less than half the price?
Poor service they don't have basic scanner for Airbags and other critical sensors, rates are too high. All service advisors will tell you different versions of problem and solution. Technically speaking technically they're working on hit and trail on customers money. Heights of ignorance is that, as part of routine servicing they have checked and changed the parts of AC when I complained about reduced Air flow Mr Service advisor started giving me gayaan that my AC vent was facing other side, i guess after 15 yrs of driving experience and 8 year on same car I must be knowing how to put vents properly. Inspite of sending car for two times issues have increased rather getting resolved.
In nutshell waste of money by giving your car for serving at Safdarjung Sevice Centre. Pathetic experience for me. Rest is up to you.
Worst service centre. They never do proper checking of list given by hundai service booklets. They simply wash the car well and returned as fully serviced. More over technicians are too lazy to do work. In name of service the only wash car well and return. Completely waste of money if anyone go for paid service.and they are taking time for car wash and not satisfied with work and not maintain first in first out they maintain only brotherhood.
Petrol quality is good. Staff is courteous.not giving 5 star as it's cramped, primarily because of location of compressed air filling. And yes no free nitrogen filling.
Madan Bhatia ji helped me a lot today and got me all 4 tyres with rim on such short notice. He is definitely a professional and does his work very efficiently. All the other staff members were also very good at what they do
I am not a car guy but I have a bike and I had some issues near this service center I asked a service guy for some tools to open the spark plug by that kind man help me buy opening and cleaning that spark plug it self and after that when I tried to pay him, he refused to talk any money and said sir i repair cars and I can charge u for your bike.he said this with a smile and I felt like there is still humanity left in this world.
I came for my first service of Creta. What a wonderful service experience. Everythg sorted in an hour and half. Amazing staff and special callout to Mr Madan. He very patiently heard all the issues and took the car for a test drive and gave all the requisite inputs. I’m delighted by the service experience.
Very polite staff. They came to pick my car in the morning for a routine service and in the evening called back to drop off the serviced car. Sent me the invoice on whatsapp. Really liked the kind of service received as of yet.
Got useful advice from the people who were working on my vehicle. However, the managerial / supervising staff looks after financial interests of the Hyundai Motors more than the interests of customer.thereby ultimately harming the financial well-being of his own company itself!
I went to this place to get my car repaired but the fellows over here doesn't have professionalism.i hv to ask them for cleaning my car and the paint marks were nt removed from backlamp nd other plastic parts
First experience yet to see results but good work. I have driven my vehicle about 700km after getting service done from here. I am wondering why I came to them so late. My car runs better ever and so smooth. Thank you all who worked as a team to provide such an excellent experience
