Have been using this service center for 6 years now.service is slow.takes time.they generally try to add few things to service.be aware.service has been ok for me.waiting area has pathetic sofa which sunk on sitting amd not enough seats for everyone.washrooms don't have tissue papers.billing is equally slow.staff is polite though!

Great response and service provided by Koncept service team. Instant resolution was given. Service manager dedicated time and alloted expert team for solution.
Waiting Lounge was good. After resolution, test ride was done along with team for verification.

Not a good experience. I purchased a Nios car from Koncept Hyundai okhla and went for first service. There is some bent on internal body of car at front side. Person at service station checked that but didn't provide any solution for that. All they did was washed the car and after sending them the details again nothing happened. All they care about rating. They want 10 Rating without actually handing over the vehicle.

Fully satisfied. Here the car was serviced with complete satisfaction, within the stipulated time period. Each of my problems was listened to carefully, and was completely solved. They live up to their promises. From buying the car to getting the service done, the customer can rest assured on the Koncept Hyundai.

Jaspreet was helping me decide the car. He gave me a great tour and test drive. He was very courteous. I will be mostly finalizing a car with them.

Good. It is near DLF prime tower. Koncept service center provide good service. I do all my car services there

I visited to kocept Service center & my experience is positive also all staffs are good & doing very nicely treated. I am totally satisfy with their work and good service done by advisor Mr. Rakesh.

Called them for an appointment and the issue with my car. I was amazed i guess i talked to every employee they kept on transferring my call. Its all because of my patience.

It was wonderful experience at the service centre. Staff was good and especially the guy Yugantar Mishra was a great support from the moment i entered with my car till its exit.

DISAPPOINTED.usually don't review any place but this time I am frustrated with the behaviour of staff at okhla service center.
The staff here is not at all interested in their customer.
I request the manager to check their staff if he wants to improve their service.

First time I visited such a poor service centre where every staff are intend to looted money with manipulating the equipment. Only vacuum cleaning of bonnet is done in the name of annual servicing. Found everywhere dust after checked it manually at home.speakers and side glass become faulty after servicing. I have to visited 4-5 times to resolve the problem and raise querry but feel very disappointed.

Pathetic! So many calls telling me to rate their service 10/10 when I receive a call from Hyundai company. So many calls and unwanted messages despite telling them I don’t wanna receive any future calls or messages from them. During replacement of the part the labour refused to give me the original box of the part to store my old defected part.

Rubbish service centre, no parking when you visit them and even pathetic staff starting from the guard himself. Avoid this service centre. I will definitely switch to some other brand next time. A big NO to Hyundai due to pathetic service stations who are forcing you to give them 10/10.

Terrible lack of service. I gave my car for a fully paid service, and all they did was wash the car!
No Coolant Top-up done!
The coolant tank was dry, and they never bothered to check!
Air filter not checked!
The air filter was broken, and they charged me for a new one without replacing with a new one!
Battery not checked!
I had to get the battery charged at a local shop, one day AFTER the service!
Wiper fluid was empty, but they charged for adding shampoo to an empty tank!

The service advisor basically took the car, got it washed and charged me for a full service!

Visited this place for the first time after the other service centre shut down. Dheeraj was very nice to be dealing with, explained everything about what needed to be done, was courteous in his dealing and seemed genuine in what he was saying. Thanks for going the extra mile and doing your bit Dheeraj.

I had an unsatisfactory experience, visited for my elite i20 magna servicing on 13 May 2019.the staff named Rahul was polite however the overall experience was not good.when they handed over the car I could still see the the stains as if the car was not washed properly.timeline provided to me was extended by one hour and 15 minutes.when I told them the car is not cleaned properly the one of the staff replied it's Saturday a lot of rush comes on sat/ sun. He was in a rush to send me home. Definitely a below average experience

Pathetic service right from I bought the car. I waited for 5,6 hours to get my car out on the delivery day. Now I just sent the car for 1st service they're asking me, if they can put liquid in wipers which was just 40 bucks. I don't know why the 1st service is free then and moreover my car's antenna was misplaced and after calling for 4,5 days issue was still not resolved. Really unprofessional behaviour, go for any other dealer.

I've been to this place several times for service and repairs both, for my car DL 12CM 2045 and what I've noticed is that if you're coming in for regular car servicing, their customer service is pretty good, the service agents speaks english, are polite and they do a good job but when you're coming in for repairs, the experience is less than pleasant. The body shop guys sit at the ground floor and most or all of the people I meet there only speak Hindi and I have had disappointing experience on 2 occasions. The first instance was in Dec 2017 when I went for a repair, the work was delayed and my car was at their place for more than 4 weeks, they say due to delay in getting parts. I thought it was a one off incident so I went again recently on the 7th of April for repair, they told me I would get my car back in a week so I called back to check after 7 days and they told me they didn't recieve all the parts and therefore they would need more time. Now 11 days after or 9 working days after to be precise I am still waiting to get my car back.

It was an excellent experience while dealing with the Hyundai officials at koncept Hyundai. I was explained all the relevant details and the staff was diligent and patient. It was an overall good experience

This was my first visit to this centre, for i20 DL12CJ 7763 car servicing (because other centre in south Delh has been closed) but after servicing all remain the same, no smoothness in driving, what we previously noticed and they also charged extra above PMS, I doubt about servicing. And also they delayed long to attend me after reaching this centre. Very very bad experience with this centre. I advised not to come this centre.
