सबसे घटिया बैंक है! मेरे लोन खाते व क्रेडिट कार्ड से ग़लत चार्ज लगा लगा कर हजारो रूपये लूट लिये!
मे लोगो को सलाह देता हू अगर आप प्राईवेट बैंक से किसी भी तरीके से जुडना चाहते हो तो एच डी एफ सी बहुत अच्छा विकल्प है! उनकी सेवाऐ, इस बैंक से कई गुना बेहतर है!
बाकि आप लोग स्वतंत्र है! जहा मन हो वहा जा सकते है । मेने अपने अनुभव शेयर किये है!

Pathetic service.

I went to get my debit card renewed which they said can only be done via customer care else it's charagble.

Then i wanted to get my re-kyc done.
The person serviceing me took good 10 minutes to take out the tab and login and then some other coemploye came and took the device to serve the other customer.
When I said I am waiting he said he's waiting for 1 hour.

This is how they are treating the customer.
Does this bank only had one device?

Why can't a normal service be done from bank?

Then u guys claim ease of banking.

I have to call customer care now.

Another level of torcher!
