ICICI Bank Branch And ATM

Worst bank the employees do no respond even they are sitting free and roam here and there when anybody come to them without any reason

Got a call from an employee Ms. Priya Roza. Shouted, misbehaved for no reason and said that ICICI bank will continue to harass me. Just because some unknown defaulter gave them my number.

Seems like I’m in a Govt bank as in their loan department, this is the 2nd day server is still not working and wasting Costmer time by having only single branch for loan equiry and sometime they don’t have staff for handling their coustmer properly and there is no proper token system in the developing country I was thinking that icici bank is a leading brand in private sector but after seeing their services I think they are very far behind to become a future bank

Staff is extremely irresponsible and their main aim to sell schemes and bonds due to which they even misguide

ICICI Bank is good but staff, needed to be changed by responsible ones

I get very worst experience from there there's A lady she does only ignoring customer with her assistant totally worst in loan branch 1st and 2nd counter.

Worst banking services experiencing from icici bank and loan department team, the loan department is not even professional.

Misbehaving is the rule here. The lady on counter misbehaved in front of the manager and the manager did not respond to our appeal.
This bank is not at all customer friendly.
Refused to take application for loan foreclosure. Refused to tell the name of concerned officer
