Counter number 6 is very bad experience how to talk customer very bad behaviour and attitude level is high i request to branch manager please talk to counter no 6 (mam) wearing specs and suggest how to talk customer.

This used be a great bank 3 or 4 years back when I last visited India in 2018. Although they have NRI desk, they couldn't help me out with any request. I got my work done easily by sending postal mails and supporting documents to NRI hub in Mumbai. Some issues - No ticketing system, long wait times, overcrowding - can't blame the staffs though. They can definitely do better with more training about processes within ICICI bank as they didn't seem confident enough. Clearly, if you cannot help customers in person, what's the point of having a branch.

I'm still happy with overall ICICI bank services. This review is applicable only to this specific branch.

Very inappropriate way of ICICI they deduct my payment twice a times, and even I have a proper amount in my account after it they send me a message that you have to pay this amount plus late payment charges after it I payed then they deduct again.

Worst experience.
Even they don't know how to deal with coustomer. They don't have talking sense
Specialy counter number 2 agent. He don't know to how to talk with coustomer.
He is talking to me with a aatitude and toned voice.

Ulta yeah meri bank service use kr rhe h jo yeah mujhse itne bekaar behaviour m baat kr rhe h.

Lady sitting at the NRI services counter was extremely rude both the times I went to the branch and clearly didn't have any knowledge of services and products that the bank offers.

Visited for opening an account but just referred me to online services. I wouldn’t have gone to the branch if I could do it online coz my Aadhaar address is in my village. Laziest quality service from a private bank just like govt banks.

I have opened a savings account with icici bank.i am trying to call on their number but customer care executive is not responding.my full kyc is not done till now. I have not recieved my welcome kit

Very poor service. No customer service at all.
Even they treat NRi customers shabbily. They will talk very politely once they want to open new account or buy new products. After that you dont exist.
PRIVILEGE BANKING means nothing. They will just ask you to maintain higher balance for that, but you will not get any service for that. It has become like any PSU bank.

For Aadhar update service,
1. Go to the bank before 8 and get the form from security/guard
2. You will get the time to come again to update
3. Again go to the bank in the mentioned time.

Only 25 forms Available per day

Located in Sector 5, serves the banking needs of people. Aadhar enrollment centre is also available here, you can also get updation in your aadhar data as well.

Adhar card updating facility also available you have to be in que around 7'oclock form distribution start at 8 am and only 25 or 30 forms are distributed on the form token no. N timing is written n you take this form n come on the same date at given timing on the form

Monopoly for Aadhar cards, queue serpentinitis starts at 08hrs Injun Stretchable time, and INR 50.00 for Annadhar Aadhar server updation of 10 kb 10 digit phone number! Yay Vijay Mallya, bet they want to suck ur blood too, after skyjacking jet airways to Mirchi SpiceJet yamW!

Please consider it -*. Very rude staff and manager just defends them instead of correcting. The aadhaar process also seems fishy. The long waiting time is only to deter people from using the bank for aadhaar process, that's when government guidelines clearly ask dedicated staff for aadhaar, but they say banking is their priority not aadhaar enrollment. Manager clearly refuses to entertain anything other than his banking related stuff. Other banks in vicinity will take aadhaar requests in limited number but will process on same day. Please note, no acknowledgement is provided for aadhar appointment, rather names are written in a Register. (Which of course has good amount of space left among entries per day for easy manipulation) they should either maintain cumulative numbering with subtotal or provide acknowledgement for appointment for transparency. (Provided the appointments have waiting time for more than 4 months). The employees at bank are insensitive and not sincere, probably the mangers qualities have rubbed on them.

Such experience has made me think to cease my relation with anything ICICI, (banking or insurances.) They just lost me and many others because of this particular branch.
