ICICI Bank Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi-Branch & ATM

Worst service.without communicating clearly my FD was started with auto renewal mode against my credit card. Now since 2019 it's getting auto renewal while credit card has already been expired in 2022. When I am trying to close FD now it's not even getting closed. While i am in urgent need of my money but customer care is not even helpful.neither i am getting connected with right customer care person nor credit card person.worst experience with ICICI.while opening FD or RD you can do online but at the time of getting money or to stop the service they say visit local branch.such a bogus bank.now it's giving all kind of pain just to get my money

Employees of this branch are very good. Aman was very much courteous and helpful. He took initiative to help me out as soon as he understood the concern.
They keep customers on priority and give them best services.
