ICICI Bank Green Park, New Delhi - Branch & ATM

In the past the branch has had good relationship managers eager to help out customers. However, the current relationship manager Mr Tridev is foul mouthed and absolutely unconcerned about how he maintains relationships. Big thumbs down.

Worse bank ever seen. ICICI Bank is now a days turn as a goverment bank.no body is there to help you if you wanted to open an account pls don't go to this bank Ane never take home loan from this bank.same bank cheque also clearing take 5 days.such a horrible experience with this bank totally time waste visiting the bank.

The worst branch in Delhi. Ive been there 3 times submitting my documents several times to unlock my card and nothing happened.they took my card and they left for lunch. I came back after one day my card was still on the desk. I went to Goa branch and in 3 days they solved my issues. Pls stay away from Green park branch they just roam around without doing nothing

Received an amazing experience from each and every staff member. I came here from the UK and was struggling to deposit some cash into my NRO account in other icici branches, but when i came to this branch and they Nistha mam and all other staff explained me the whole procedure and then helped me to deposit my funds safely into my accounts. I could see that so many customers were rude and misbehaving with the staff at times. Still, they were answering everyone appropriately in a very professional manner. A big salute to the whole team.

Very bad service staff, they make people to suffer alot. We are unable to get our money, they treat us they beggar.

NIKHIL GUPTA VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND DEMANDING 1/2% COMMISSION FOR APPROVAL LOAN AMOUNT NIKHIL GUPTA NOT A MANAGER HE BEHAVIOR LIKE A BANK OWNER

Don't take POS machine services so so haptic no one take.irresponsible bankers for unusual charges.

Very pathetic and poor service by this branch, specially Mr. Nikhil gupta and his team do not want to work. They feel that they are CEO of this bank and not here to do work.

First of all its hardly findout the location by map.than they hv manual token system which is not everyone one aware.the work culture just like govt Bank.first time, i see the kind of service by private bank in this branch.specially ICICI.else rest brances in ncr are very good in terms of service and executive are very professional.need service improvement in this branch.

Pathetic branch I have ever visit. They don't even entertain the person. Rudest staff and unorganized way of working.

Really pathetic specially Mr Himanshu and his team as we are trying to chasing them even so many mail n calls regarding the current account but didn't respond even guys are not having knowledge about process

Even misguided and making us fool with the help of his team.
On that basis we decided to close our all ongoing account and relationships with ICICI.
