ICICI Bank Jasola Vihar, New Delhi-Branch & ATM

Very bad experience unusual timings they have misplaced my high value cheque and didn't bother to inform me

Very poor service. Branch staff not supportive. I have visited twice but all the time thay dined the service

I agree with the previous bad reviews, if only I had read them before going. They just want you to enroll with them. This branch is a sales pitch duping people to open an account with them. The people working there have no knowledge. And if they do then they deliberately provide you with the knowledge that would suite them. That means either they are incompetent or either they are non ethical and a deceiving branch. Its sad that the name of such a prestigious bank is associated with such incompetent people.
The other day i witnessed an argument of a person with the branch manager and I did not like the way the manager spoke, I didn't like the way the customer spoke as well but someone in a position such as a branch manager i believe his name was Aasif cannot handle a dispute calmly that makes me doubt his abilities. If only I had taken that as a warning to not open any kind of account with them.
I would rathet ICICI bank hires more professional and more knowledgeable staff in future and improve the facilities of this particular jasola branch.
Lastly, IF ANYONE WANTS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH ICICI JASOLA BRANCH, DON'T.

Very bad experience, very bad customer services. Very slow in all aspect only they want you to get enrolled with them. Then they'll forget you.
