ICICI Bank Laxminagar, Delhi-Branch & ATM

Neither our cibil report has been updated from last 4 months nor our account has been unfreezed. Don't have either debit or credit card. No proper response from employees, reckless branch support all the time

Don't open account in ICICI, you gonna suffer

They don't even deserve for 1

1. No proper response
2. Late documentation (days after days, if you want customer support)

3. Rude behaviour of the staff tend to choose some other locations

Its better to choose some other services of bank rather than this branch. You will SUFFER

Last but not least, theirs server always down whenever you need to update transaction or do transaction

At first, they don't solve your issues rather they might trap you in complex things. Days after days, no proper response from the employees

ICICI is fraud. Its better you choose some other bank with better customer service

Didn't able to provide proper response for a customer. Went there to unfreeze my account & get debit card. Almost 7 days, no clarification. Don't open account in ICICI Bank

So here is ICICI bank now coming under the list of fraud bankers. My husband did not apply for any new credit cards but still he is getting texts from bank that your credit card will reach you in 7 days. Tried customer care numbers multiple times but the number was not reachable. Talked to a person assisting over ipal through app who told us there is no applications. But wooow my husband is again getting these msgs. Mailing even didnt work with these guys.
They have call centers which call u every now and then for some kind of offers. And then they do such things.
There is no response from the bank customer care over the email.
I request you all stop investing in these sort of banks now as icici has now taken the same name “fraud bank” and can’t be trusted at all.

Rude, Arrogant and Pathetic staff behaviour. Went to open an saving account and the sales guy is telling me things that I never heard about. Only choice he offered me to open an saving account is Rs-50k minimum balance when official website clearly mention saving account with minimum balance of 10k. Such a bad experience.
