Always atm server down open timing late staff loan department also poor service they delay all the time

It was not too crowded visited around 3 pm and went there to meet branch manager for official work he asked to wait even after 10 minutes no response from his side that's is something not appreciable.

Worst bank service had ever and cashier lady was too rood she was working like she was doing big favour on you and bank staff environment seems like a local market.

This is the worst bank ever to get any loan from they will legit treat you like you are asking services from a govt office there head branch will ask you to move here and there without giving you a clear resolution my father passed away in Feb and I don’t have time to go visit them everyday there customer care legit like them will ask you to just click numbers with no clear answer also emails no response words will be less to tell how bad their services are HDFC is better thank god i never opted ICICI as an option sadly my father didn’t chose a better option they will lend you loan when they want you to have it and once you do forgot about it you will be charged good interests from your family even if you die either you visit them everyday at office for your issues to get resolved or have a family to feed and focus on work THIS IS THE WORST BANK ever with worst staff.

Worst behaviour of staff. It’s my 4th attempt with cashier everytime there is a new person sitting over there and they don’t know their rules nd regulations. What to take nd when to take. This brach is just a shameful branch of icici bank. Nd now I’m closing my account with icici bank.
