ICICI Bank -Mahipalpur, New Delhi-Branch & ATM

Why does the staff members has to be so rube they can't even assist or help the customer very nicely after visiting the bank and see the staff attitude i don't even feel like using ICICI

Staff is at worst behavior always. They don't have a welcoming mood. Better give them some soft skill training before they put the icici brand name to shame.on the withdrawal and deposit counter one lady sitting there when I went to deposit money she was using mobile.i show my deposit massage she said why not deposit in outside machine then I asked next month I'll do she said all time your saying same line.then I asked again to her why is this counter she said this only for withdrawal and ignore me. I requesing kindly look into this

The staff is very lazy, the sip had to be closed, but they avoided it with great difficulty, but again the next month the money was cut, only the poor staff manager of the sip is useless 000000000*****

This Branch has one person name Vijay Khare who mislead in personal loan always do wrong commitment and Manager Arun is also saaying same thing So donot take any loan from these guys

Worst branch ever of ICICI bank. They harass for taking your own money out only.

This branch is the slowest branch of Icici that I saw ever. Additionally every time you go with an amount of above 50K they keep on insisting you for schemes like FD, MFs etc.
