Worst Bank with customer non friendly policies staff also not friendly over all not recommendable they deny the services saying its bank's policy why not shut down the bank totally disgusting they lure and promise for sapphire card on opening wealth A/c I opened 2 wealth A/c in August but till date I am not getting any sapphire card then what was the use of opening the A/cs I will wait for 1 month more after that I will have to close all the A/cs

Customer friendly Dy Manager Mr Ajeet is an asset for the ICICI Bank as well as it's patrons.

Some of the most egoistic staff esp the manager (Ms. Shivani something) is the worst. They are only concerned about their reputation. Never think about customers. Worst experience in any bank. Even SBI provides better exp than this branch. Advise to go to any branch of ICICI but this.

Best branch in the whole area.
