Very undescipline nature of executives, after customer got trapped they refuse for services, even not take calls or it they will then talk like they can't talk because we are not important to them

This location is showing as branch but this is not a bank branch. This is the corporate office of ICICI Bank. The bank should update location as corporate office not branch. I have seen many others reviewers mistakenly visited this thinking this as a bank branch. But it seems the reviews has no impact on the bank authority.

I have been perusing the case from the day I opened an Account with them, Surprisingly the staff behaves like a Dehati bank.there is no official communication happening except one lady calls me at her own sweet will & then she is absconding again.after several remainder thru whatsup messages she will apear with only false promises & dips again I dont know where. Recently another lady staff called me I told her about the whole situation & she was supposed the send me the emails & contact details of the senior staff to discuss my issue but she is too missing now & its a 5 day old story. I will name & shame the staff with their names in my next mail if I will not hear from any responsible & senior person.

Very unprofessional and least bothered. I had word with shipra choudhary, hemant asset (hod) for my document of LAP. They din’t helped at all. Worst unprofessional people. Don’t deal with them

Very unprofessional does not give all details in starting.totally money loss.no refunding of money totally fraud.
