ICICI Bank Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-Branch & ATM

You bank started charging for not applied for alert sms service, always sent balance to old deleted phone no, not the monthly charges you were taking. On line, current account, no way to eanable/disable alert SMS. Need reply.

Pathetic customer service. Their customer relation manager (CRM) has given incorrect toll free customer service number when I visited branch this week. Although I dialled on speaker in his presence. Call was answered with a message that number has been changed (he heard as speaker was on) Even after that he just refused to talk and walk away.had many more poor experiences.very poor customer service.it's not not customer service it should be called harassment.

I have transferred 6000 Rs form my standard chartered Bank to my icici account in 5 th February. But some technical issue that's not clear in my account. I have complaint regarding this to customer care, they advise to visit in branch, I have given an application to manager. They have told it will be clear next 48 hour, but not. Again I visited in branch to complaint to manager at 5 th March and fill debit note n again says this will be clear next week, but still not. Pls help n advise.

I am coming here to open new account and put some money in FD.but staff is saying you have to put minimum 1.50 lakh FD & 50k minimum balance to opening new account in our branch this is serious. Because mostly private bank required 10k for saving account and minimum 10k for FD. I thing you make some new rules

Excellant care of the customers. Any issue if desired is taken up personally by the manager. The bank officers take up the the problems and solve on the spot.

Worst bank in our present banking system. Their customer helpline is closed since last 70 days, only answering machine. How come a person get Corona while taking on telephone. Their score is 0

Kindly update your websites and stop making fool of your customers. Avoid this bank as they might offer help online but in person they'll refuse.
