ICICI Bank Panchsheel Park, New Delhi-Branch & ATM

I would like to share my bad experience related to bank BM and DBM of ICICI bank N-138, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi, 110017, Today I visited the same branch for create DD, but the service of this branch staff is not satisfactory because of the lack of knowledge, and also BM and DBM behavior is not good and attitude is on high level only for BM approval i am waste my one an a half hour to make DD this is to request you to the ICICI management please trend the staff before giving any big responsibilities of a reputed Bank like ICICI bank and one more thing i went to create a DD of 1st time and see issue in your branch very bad experience after the change old staff.

Had to travel abroad so I went to Panchshila Park delhi branch. A kind but not so kind executive Mr Sanchit Jain tried to help me with my old travel Forex cards to activate and reissued me ne wine. But to my utter disappointment it didn’t work only and now when m calling him sitting in Switzerland he is not taking my calls neither he is replying back to my messages

I am stranded in another country and Mr Jain has no courtesy to help or if he can’t help to pass on my issue to any of his senior

I will never recommend it’s better to go to AXIS Bank who are always there to help you
