If we hai - option then I will give you -5 star becoz of staff behavior is very bad and manager also behavior is very very bad. Only one person is behavior is good (Security Gaurd)

Worst bank in case of services the amd is not picking up the calls as well the staff is also too worst and the customer care is also not a little bit helpful

Worst place. The staff isnt helpful and extremely rude. The deposit machine never works. And no matter how sorry u are.never in emergency has this bank been helpful. It's crazy disappointing

They are the worst private banks. I advise you not to make any relation with them. Even the customer care number that is given is wasting time and the net banking situation is also bad. It's been one month my balance was deducted but bill not paid nor they returned my balance. Bank contact number will never connect you to executive and they don't care about their customer's complaint.

I had to tranfer 2000 euros to my college. First i went axis bank jwala heri branch. They quoted me a very high price and the staff over there was literally uneducated and pathetic (no wonder they had a poor google rating). Then i went to ICICI bank. Apoorva was the one who assisted me. She was so calm and helpful. My money was tranferred the same day and she gave me a good price. Higly recommended.courteous and helpful staff.
