Neha from the home loan team is not at all helpful. She always shows her ego, misguide the customers and the way she treat customers is also not acceptable. She make every customer visit branch twice or thrice for the same request. I would say RP Block branch is not customer centric, better to visit Lawrance Road or Janakpuri Branch.

They are too lazy and always busy in having tea and coffee. Transparent cup is must for Neha else she will keep asking the office boy for a glass of water or tea/coffee in transparent cup which means customer will have to wait longer.

I will not suggest anyone to visit this branch. People residing in Pitampura can change their home branch to any other near by branch. Here, I would like to share one incident where I just wanted to update my residencial address in my loan account and was providing Aadhar card as a supporting document but you wouldn't believe she asked to bring OC from the builder and letter of allotment for updating my address. I am not aware of such regulatory requirements from RBI. Either she is not aware of process or thinking customers are fool.
I am dropping an email to ICICI HQ highlighting the same incident and also requesting them to start Management Development Programs (MDP) for needful employees.

Awful staff, everyone is rude and take their customers for granted.

They insist bank closes at 3: 00PM. We arrived at 3: 01 and were forced out with very harsh language.

The irony is that everyone arrives late in the morning.

There are no ethical and professional standards very disappointed.

I just wanted to add that your response is just a corporate response copied from other complaints here and it is really disappointing.

Just to make it clear i am not an account holder on your brach, i just arrived to drop a demand deposit in your drop box which I often do.

After your guard shut the door in front of me and responded very rudely when I called him out on it, I drove to ICICI Bank PU block Pitampura brach and they let me in and drop the demand deposit.

कोई ऐसा नम्बर नही है क्या जिससे बैंक में बात की जा सके, ना तो customer care नंबर पर बात हो पा रही है और ना बैंक में,

Bad experience with this branch. It looks like emails go into black hole.asked them to change Relationship manager but no one replies. Never recommend this branch to anyone.

Pathetic service. No will attend you seriously. They tell you to go to that desk again and again for any work.
Most of the bank has automatically passbook printing machine but still they are not updated their self. A human intervention is there in passbook printing. Customer have to wait for passbook print on the counter and huge time junk on this.
Bank has to take a step to provide a passbook printing machine like sbi bank, canara bank etc. Provide to customer.
