ICICI Bank R K Puram, Delhi - Branch & ATM

Services are not good. I have opened my acc 1 months ago but abhi tak na Debit card aya naa checque book. And they are not responding over calls

Branch manager mrs (NEHA KHURANA)

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that my account in RK PURAM Delhi branch. Actually I face a critical issue in my account and my account balance showing negative. So I told bank manager mrs Neha khurana but she can't help me, she avoiding my phone call and she behave rood for me.is this the behaviour your bank manager for coustomer.

I did wrong transaction and I had complaint to the customer service till date I didn't get any response from their side! (*_*) (*_*)

Had the worst experience at this branch especially with the the Branch Manager Mr. Vinay. It was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. He asked me to go to a different branch (after I told him that I had already visited 2 branches already) he couldn't fulfil the service. Even though I repeatedly asked him that I am going after 3 pm to the branch, he said he has got it arranged. Once I arrived at the other branch, the guard didn't let me inside. After creating a scene there, the concerned person from the other branch came out and said it was against protocol to issue the card post 3pm. Mr. Vinay was unapologetic and couldn't resolve the issue. How can the branch manager not know the protocol followed accross the city. Extremely angered and disappointed with the service!

Staffs are very polite and the bank is very clean and tidy. No waiting for anything. Overall it's good.
