Came for fastag. Mr J Singh informed it is given only to savings account holders hence no request attended. This is contrary to what is mentioned on the fast tag website. Wasted 20 minutes in the process of convincing him to check with superior who told him this is not required and online application to be made. Typically work shirking attitude, total absence of knowledge about rules. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT

The banker at the Vasant Vihar branch was the most arrogant and rude person I had ever met in an ICICI bank. This was the first time I have regretted having an account in this bank. I walked in to the branch for a simple statement to submit at an embassy. I had asked him to print for specific dates which he refused and the print out was dull, overlapping and completely illegible. I said the dates he has given me will not work as the embassy wants a specific dates showing a specific bank balance. He finally turned sound and told me that if that is the case in Hindi “item demands hai to phir aap khud print karke lao and then I will stamp. ” (If you have so many demands then get the prints and all I will do is stamp). It was a simple statement I wanted and then finally I had to rush to another branch but was already late and the banks closed. The job I had gone for got delayed. Only if he had done his job right! I asked for the bank manager, he said he sits in his cabin and I don’t know if he is there. He refused to let me find out and asked me literally to leave.

They are very arrogant and do not treated the so called valued customers properly. Also they seem to respond before checking the details.

You should appoint some new younger and attractive female staff.

People at the branch are clueless about the offerings and service. I think I wasted my time to travel to the branch. They assured to check internally and call me back but haven’t since a week and don’t respond well to my calls as well.

I happened to visit the Bank branch recently. There are very little information about the counters, who is dealing what. If at all you approach any counter for any query or information, you are to first to wait. The counters are very very slow that you have to wait and wait and finally you loose your patience. None of the staff of this branch is concerned about why you are here. If you are hitting the branch make sure you have one or more hours to spare for any purpose.
