Ipru has one of the biggest offices in North India at Videocon towers Delhi. It has well managed reception.

In this Covid 19 situation there were so many candidates available there for interview and no one was maintaining social distance. And security guards was sitting at reception. They think themselves over smart and both were not wearing face mask properly at reception. And was checking Arogya setu app like this as both are sitting safe.
And don't have manners how to talk cust and think we are running this organisation.

Very late process of interview.they four hour taking time then only those candidates selected which is sourcefull candidate Iam very disappointed.

The security staff at 6th floor will sound like they don't know anyone inside and the irony is that they are deputed here as gatekeeper. Their moron behavior is of ultimate degree and will check ur patience at every second. Seriously the ICICI Prudential life people shud teach them how to behave or they shud be removed. A big because of this.

Please don't get into their trap, worst insurance company. The staff is illiterate and hard to understand what you communicate in English. Staff is not even trained about basic courtesy to be shown to the customers. Arrogant staff with NRI customers, don't know how they must have been treating the customers in India. You never get straight reply for what you have asked. Staff harass you to the most when ask for your money at the term end. Invest your money at your own risk. While enrollment they will provide services beyond their work but your nightmare starts after that. Be careful

FROM LAST ONE YEAR I AM SENDING SO MANY MAILS BUT THEY TOLD U WILL GOT UR TWO LAKS RS AFTER 5 YEARS WT ONLY 4% INTEREST RATE AS MS. SUNITA OF VIDEOCON TOWER TOLD ME AND MY DAUGHTER THAT UR PREMIUM WILL BE DIRECTLY GONE IN UR POLICY. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THAT U HAVE TO PAY EVERY YEAR TWO LAKS RS.
