Hi, yesterday i personally visited this branch for a 9-year-old problem related to closing of Demat account where account credentials and mandatory document was missing. The official from this branch who was guiding me in my case was extraordinary in terms of behavior and support. My problem is resolved in 5 minutes. The most important thing is that he was supporting beyond my expectations as normally we do not expect from banking officials. Really Grateful.

Apart from this, the branch is just in front of Preet Vihar Metro station and hence, very easy to reach. The premises in comfortable in all aspect.

Worst staff. They refused to close my trading account so that they cannot loose their customer.
