Ideal is having the biggest luggage and bags collection in Delhi.
They have very good range of luggage and backpacks, their collection of handbags and accessories is huge

I bought a school bag in April and the staff told me that the bag is waterproof and now in monsoon my all stuff got completely destroyed by water and today i visited the store and the staff behaviour was not so welcoming, the behaviour was rude although the boys on the main table was polite.moreover on the bag there was no logo of ideal luggage the Chandni chowk store is also selling local bags on the name of ideal luggage. I'm a regular customer of ideal luggage and this time I'm very disappointed because of the bag they sold me. The staff told me they do not take warranty of the zips as they are not Waterproof and i completely disagree with this because I know what is the quality of ideal luggage even the zips are Waterproof and that's why I visited this store again in April but they sold me a local bag as there is no logo of ideal luggage.
